Not that I can see in the form. In PND90 there is a 'Other (specify)' in the Income section, but nothing about foreign income. If there is something about supplemental documents it may be covered in the document describing how to file your return, but as that is like 20 pages of Thai I have not gone through that.

Adding to the confusion and unanswered questions regarding requirement to declare foreign income such as pensions, income from rental or other sources in Thai tax filing for year 2567.... I downloaded both the PND91 (income derived from employment) and PND90 (general filing) forms. Note I speak and read Thai and I have always filed my own tax return for decades. I see nothing new in either form related to foreign incomes. The closest I could see was 'dividends on foreign companies' in PND90. There is nothing about things such as pensions, or anything about dual tax treaties. Nor is there anything related to money transferred in order to purchase a condo. So, I am intrigued to know how are we supposed to declare any such foreign income transferred to Thailand, and how it is offset by taxes payed in source country under a dual tax treaty.

Understood but I have been parent at the school many years and support them with careers advice seminars, lectures and various events constantly I volunteered to coach their volleyball teams as I was a player in UK at national League level. People accusing me of being a pervert or needing to find an activity other than whoring or bar fly in this form frankly disgusting me

The school is in Rayong province, so I really don't want to go to police HQ in BKK if possible. Other teachers said they have done it in Rayong and Sattahip provinces

Thank you. He is registered, just doesn't have the receipt as the registration was done by property agent that has gone out of business.. I can re-register for him hope there are no issues in doing so

Does the TM30 online system produce a receipt that the tenant can put in his passport? Background : I have a tenant who actually has been in my property 13 months. His TM30 13 months ago was done by the property agent but he never provided the tenant a receipt. Tenant has been doing his 90day TM47 based on my property sucessfully. His visa (retirement) is coming up for renewal and is concerned he does does not have a current TM30 slip to present. I could do online TM30 for him but a) he is already registered at my property b) I don't know if online makes a receipt anyway c) he actually entered the property 13 months ago and I renewed his rental 1 month ago

OK I see, that makes sense. In a previous posting I was told my 90 day must be done at the office that issued your non-0 visa (but that doesn't hold logic to me). I want the CoR for applying for a Yellow Book thabian baan. Regards

Thanks yes. As another poster has mentioned, Chonburi requires a 90 day TM47 which I do have - however it was last done in BKK because it HAS to be done in BKK because my non-O marriage visa is based in BKK last year.

Thanks. Yes we just did a TM30 for me in this house as I was previously registered in BKK (where I was working). My last 90 day report was in BKK as my visa is BKK based. I guess now my wife's thabian baan is now Chonburi, my TM30 done Chonburi, I can do 90 day in Chonburi??? (Although my current non-O was done in BKK) Regards Paul
