Perhaps Queen Elizabeth II can honor her at the Platinum Jubillee for '7' years of service to humanity. -
I think he did also.

Paid for a car last year....590,000 baht from my Kasikorn app. You may be confusing the default amounts on the account vs what is possible if you change them. This year I also paid 250,000 baht or something similar for Dental Implant bill...all online transfers from my app. -
Let's see ..I'm not what would be classified as a high earning, big spending foreigner...but...in the past 3 years I helped with down payment on a townhouse (where I now live and maintain), I bought 2 cars, I bought two insurance policies (one for my health and one for my extension), and of course I spend money for food, domestic travel, etc etc. But tired old expats like me...out....big spending high flyers in....5555

Moving to Thailand, Ko Samui or other beach location.
tonray replied to tvmax's topic in Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Koh Tao
Best advice is to come and experience Thailand for a few months and see if you like it enough to relocate. Rental/purchase can be cheap or expensive...it's all up to what lifestyle you want to pay for.- 34 replies

Confused about residence certificate after buying a new car
tonray replied to yuri48494's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
It took six months for delivery of your car ? or you have been driving with red plates for 6 months ? The Residence Certificate is so that the auto dealer can register your vehicle with the DLT and get real plates/pay tax etc. -
Covid - 19, The Omicron Variant and Christmas 2021
tonray replied to Havenstreet1940's topic in COVID-19 Coronavirus
Yes...if I had had any planned event. In Thailand, we don't have Christmas except for my Thai GF liking to pretend we need to go out to a nice restaurant for Xmas dinner (at which she'll no doubt order from the Thai food portion of the menu, infuriating me because the SomTam and Khanom Jeen cost 10x what they should) -

Thailand set to approve Special Tourist Visa for digital nomads
tonray replied to Jonathan Fairfield's topic in Thailand News
With this news, can the NON-BP (BegPackers) visa be far off? -
I tried several times to validate my account but once it failed for whatever reason I could never proceed because it kept telling me my email was already attached to an existing account, which was not usable because I could not validate it. Lazada is wonderful compared to that mess.

I would take a serious look at Breville machines. I did this research last year when my GF's mom was thinking about turning her little food shop into a coffee/drink/dessert shop instead, but never carried thru. They seem to have good international reputation and have the all-in-one machines that are quite popular and well reviewed. https://www.brevillethailand.com/en/category/9461/138/coffee-machine-amp-grinder
