The general population is a very superstitious group to start with...leaving Red and Green Fanta for the Nature spirits daily as an example...doesn't take much to scare them with something else.

My paper from BangSue shows second dose exactly 12 weeks after. My guess is those who didn't get a date at their 1st jab was because they did not have vaccines allocated at that time.

I think they are afraid of a big electric bill draining the acocunt before they can get to it.....????????????

To correct it would likely mean to correct some superior officer who is respinsible for it and cause him embarrassment. I saw this in the government school system here and also GF sees this in her job at Tops. No matter how screwed up something is, unless you were the one that screwed it up...don't dare touch it, far more dangerous and leaves you subject to retaliation.

I do know in Thailand that if you stand next to a street drain in the rain...you're far more likely to be overrun by those big nasty roaches as they try to save themselves from drowning...far more creepy than Covid rain.

That's not unusual in any culture. I recall grandmother and mom telling me to wear a coat or I'll catch a death of a cold. There is some basis for their caution however, in that damp, cold weather has been shown to weaken your immune system and also that in inclement weather people tend to congregate indoors more, which is why we have a flu and cold season typically in the winter months.

We're in Nonthaburi and use a company called Grand. It costs us 4000 per year and that includes soil treatment and I believe they come 4 times per year. Seem competent, do outside and inside inspection each visit, drill small holes for example under staircase and inject prevention chemical, we have underground tubing already installed and twice a year they flood with chemical for soil treatment. 027346970 if interested. -
That just means that the vendor used a master "Enterprise" plan key to activate. When I was working in IT and we had to install hundreds of new PCs with Windows, Microsoft provided an enterprise license key that we used in a script to activate all en masse. I would not suspect any issues,

The drain cover might have filed a defamation suit, better not to tempt fate

I've decided the extra "G" isn't worth it.
