Listen to and abide by the rules set by my bosses, wife, relatives, that I don't have to do here.
The only peoples rules I abide by are my own. I will not obey anybodys rules if I don't agree with them.

Did 18 years.
Finally ran out of love for it last year. Came home to the UK. Best thing I ever did.
You must have plenty of money to afford all these taxes, to run a car, to pay lots of income tax, council tax etc etc etc.You must also be happy to walk about in all that wind and rain, be stuck in huge traffic jams (not just in the cities, everywhere) almost every time you go into your car.
No thanks, even allowing for about 90% of drivers and riders having very little road sense, I will just stay here.

Why do so many TV members boast about being steaming drunk? It is disgusting, there is nothing wrong with social drinking, but steaming drunk????? I know it is normal behavior for men (not all, and any nationality) to drink too much at times, but why be proud of it? Anyone who admits to having been drunk should be ashamed.

Roger McGuinn ex lead guitarist and vocalist with the Byrds, he was doing a solo performance by himself with just his voice, and changing guitars from time to time. just brilliant, this was around 2001.

If you make Chrome or Firefox your default browser you will have fewer problems with IE popping up to open links.
Chrome is my default browser.

No, you aren't forced to use it. Yes Windows usually installs it whether wanted or not. You can disable it:
Control Panel>Program and Features>Turn Windows Features on or off.
Thank you BB

Am I forced to use IE? It has given me all sorts of problems like popping up when I am on Firefox and Chrome. I am told every computer has IE whether it is wanted or not.

I had a big problem with Hotmail two days ago, it went down two or three times during the day.

Ok its just to report but Songkhla and Hat Yai Immigration offices sent me down to Sadao which is the boarder crossing so it looks like its going to be a straight forward visa run every 90 days . As you can see the visa is good but I did get the impression they have never seen a OA before . I did email Hat Yai but never got a reply .
Thanks for the feed back

Just walk in with the completed TM47 form and they will know what you want to do.
I am certain they have seen an OA visa before.
Sorry to hijack this thread, l am on retirement extensions and will be leaving the country next month for a few weeks, can you tell me if I need photos as well as my passport to get a re entry permit? Also, must I go to the same Immigration office as I go to for my extensions? Or can I go to any Immigration office?

I still see plenty. Usual one at Nawarat Bridget is regularly in progress. And last night a very serious one at Thapae gate that included armed military. I'm not driving past there anymore. Also the old Lamphun Road often has them at night.
I also got the impression that there were fewer checkpoints around Bangkok.

As far as I am concerned, when it comes to defending yourself, anything goes, your health and well being is more important than any law anyone makes up.

My wife has two kids, they are Buddhist, and I would hate to think they were ever abused.
