Then you need to understand  better what is really safer rather than the illusion of preventing something that is already here and is not particularly harmful to most. Assuming you can grasp that then perhaps to understand the damage done and economic costs associated with keeping closed vital industries- because that’s a heavy toll ,just ask tourist industry. It’s not like the no cost precaution of wearing a seat belt.

Ho mg someone that understands what is going on, good for you Sir

Indeed.  Maybe 100k/daily new local infections and they're overly concerned with a few travelers coming into the country.  If they really were concerned, why not rapid test everyone who rides the BTS/MRT before everyday.  Then throw those infected in isolation?  It's all a joke at this point!

LOL it has always been this the trains and buses did not stop

Omicron seems to spread very rapidly, but spreads more rapidly in major cities, so what appears to be happening is cities are peaking and falling, but the spread to other areas is slower.

There's also been a higher incidence of people in hospital 'with' covid, rather than because of it, and the same would be true of deaths.

As the virus weakens, as these things tend to do, there has to come a point where Thailand, and the world in general, realises it needs to treat it in the way it does with other viruses with similar mortality rates. Once a handful of major countries take that step, the rest will follow.

should have happened from day one

    Cheap shot.

that is because they are not using the zebra crossing sign which are white diagonal lines on black roads, what is shown in photo is not so, so they are are called cross walks but my guess is they both have same law and same fine, that is what I would call common sense, but not used in Thailand, dont forget also many drivers in Thai do not have a licence so therefore do not know the road laws which kills many people

We don't know if the vaccines will work against omicron but better to have than not at all. Also we know  that the people that have been infected before can be reinfected again according to S.A. doctors.

god it has taken you 2 years to accept this, not just S.A. doctors, doctors all over the world, that is different to the news media not only that they can spread it also
