Showing up for work could be construed as an implied acceptance. My father always told me that a verbal contract is as good as the paper it is written on. -

Your quest for an answer caused me to check on vaccine donations to Thailand from the US. No information directly on website regarding vaccine to expats, however, the Vaccine donations is not 1.5 million, but 2.5 million https://th.usembassy.gov/1-5-million-pfizer-vaccine-doses-donated-by-the-united-states-arrive-in-thailand/ 1.5 Million Pfizer Vaccine Doses, Donated by the United States, Arrive in Thailand Today, the United States donated 1,503,450 doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to Thailand. This historic shipment, which reaffirms U.S. support to our oldest ally in Asia, arrived at Suvarnabhumi airport this morning. We are also proud to confirm that the United States will provide an additional one million vaccine doses to Thailand – on top of the doses that arrived today – for a total of 2.5 million doses.

So a long time ago, I was given a lesson in management. Asked if you had to choose between a liar or a thief, which one to choose…. A thief the better choice, as you know what he is doing. -
per google search on Astra Zeneca: Results demonstrated vaccine efficacy of 76% (CI: 59% to 86%) after a first dose, with protection maintained to the second dose. pfizer: How effective is the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine? • Based on evidence from clinical trials in people 16 years and older, the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine was 95% effective at preventing laboratory-confirmed infection with the virus that causes COVID-19 in people who received two doses and had no evidence of being previously infected

Well, I believe that those choices affect the individual person, while Covid-19 antivaxxer actions affect Doctors, Nurses, EMT's, Hospital Staff, hotels, restaurants and I will go so far as to say the entire economy. As for Smoking, the tobacco companies should be held responsible, as for Cancer, many causes. My father died after smoking 5 packs of Camels/unfiltered cigarettes for 70 some odd years. Wound up not getting treated for Crohn's disease and dying from malnutrition, he also worked with asbestos. So, no vaccine to help society, no insurance help. Same as in US as hurt on job while on drugs. Reap what you sow.

I don't really care one way or another if someone wants to not be vaccinated. I have a daughter, her husband and my grandson that don't want it. Although vaccinated, my son points out that every zombie outbreak is due to mass vaccination. ????. I note that there is a view that is never brought up. The cost of treatment. The vaccine is free (In the US and most places) so, I believe that if vaccinated and you have insurance, the insurance carrier should cover costs for treatment. On the other hand, if not vaccinated, why should everyone who pays for insurance have to absorb the costs for your beliefs. Your choice.
