I've heard that Bangkok has quite a few free/cheap access wi-fi hotspots -

I'll be in BKK over the next few months and will be bringing my laptop to check emails etc - the question is:

In peoples first hand opinion, where is the coolest place you can access wi-fi?

It could be a place with a great view, a fantastic bar or restaurant, by the pool, anywhere!

Anysuggestions/reccommendations would be greatly appreciated

I'm looking to rent an apartment/serviced apartment in the above area - basically anywhere close to the Central Post Office...

Looking to stay for at least a month, and after checking out Mr Roomfinder, I think I've whittled it down to 3:

Sathorn Saintview, Winlong Place and Nonsi Residence

I was wondering whether any of you guys out there had heard anything good/bad about them, or if anyone had any personal experience?

Access to WiFi/ADSL connection/Business centre is fairly essential, but any information of any type would be hugely appreciated!

Also if anyone knows of anywhere else that might fit the bill?

Hi all!

My wife and I are looking to come to Bangkok in October for a couple of months on a mixture of business and pleasure. On the business side, it is vital that we have broadband access - either through an ADSL connection in the room, or through wi-fi in the area. We are looking to pay anything up to around 20,000 Baht per month, and to be situated near a BST stop. Can anyone recommend anywhere? If there is a place available that doesn't have access in the accommodation, but does have a business centre, can anyone tell me the average cost per hour of internet access? Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated!!!
