  1. My friend bought the 5 year Thailand Elite membership. When doing the first online 90 day report he didn't get any answer or reply. So he send an mail to thailand Elite, and the told him that Thailand Elite members can't do the online reporting!!! It sounds very strange to me that the most expensive visa would not be allowed to do it online? Is this really true?

  2. A person that lost his passport outside Thailand. And it had 1 year retirement extension, re-entry permit and the date of his permission to stay in it. Can he get those stamps back in his new passport when he arrive in Thailand. And what exactly should he do?

He lost it when he went home to his home country, and he got a new passport after that

  3. Hi, I will do my 90 day report in the end of this week. That's about 5 days later than my date (which is ok) But I have done it on-line every time before so I have a question. Do I need anything else than my passport, departure-card & last 90 day report when I go to Chaeng Wattana??

FWIW, since the online system is a fiasco, today I did my (second ever) 90-day at the rat Burana Big C.  None of the reporting locations are convenient for me (I'm in Central BKK, Erawan/Ratchaprasong area), but with the right timing on a Tuesday off-peak it was a relatively painless drive across the river and back - 20 min there and 30 back - certainly a big improvement over CW.

Rat Burana immigration is very easy to find, in the underground Big C Jumbo carpark area, and would have been very fast (zero queue) if not for the need to complete the silly "foreigner information" form in triplicate for the entire family. Highly recommended alternative for those in my neighborhood. I would never return to CW for this purpose.

I live close to the same area as you in Bangkok. Where exacly is the Big C (immigration office) ? And can I get there by BTS or MRT ?

Chrome with the IE Tab extension installed.

You can access the site with any browser but to fill out the form you need Internet Explorer or a compatible browser.

All this has been discussed in the 2 year old  pinned topic at the top of the main page.

I have Chrome with IE tab. And I used that combo a few times before. But now it works without IE tab with my Chrome
