Hi guys, Recently Kasikornn member area changed, in the new version i am asked to register for K Plus (screenshot http://prntscr.com/23299kr ) for various functions to work, and then i click on "Register" (screenshot http://prntscr.com/2329grh ) and click on Confirm and get this error (screenshot of error http://prntscr.com/232a3gg), but I already have K Plus app on my mobile. I called K call center and they said its new and there is still technical issue, so they couldn't help. But i doubt, its been over a week and the error still exits, and without solving it, some functions wont work. Anyone got the same error? and solved? Thanks!

It has nothing to do with Elite visa. Elite visa is one time fee, different story. The news is talking about residency visa via property purchase of 10 Mil baht.

Hi, Has anyone got this type of residency visa via property purchase of 10 mil THB? News here https://investmentsforexpats.com/thailand-visa-through-property-as-an-expat/ Is it still possible? Doable? I wonder why it has not made a buzz so far? Residency via property purchase is really nice, already popular in some other countries such as turkey, dubai, and more.
