I have a No Immigarnt O visa issued in September 06.

I am married to a Thai and we have a child. Child has British and Thai Passports.

My wife and child live here in Thailand.

I work outside Thailand.

Should I renew here in Thailand or is it better to get another Non Imm O in the UK ?

If I renew in Thailand, do I qualify for the 400,000 rule?

She is pregnant so we want to live in Thailnd, at least for the birth and a year later.

I work freelance for UK manufacturing companies, travelling throughout asia visiting potential customer for the UK manufacturers. I get paid commission from the UK. I work at home, and would wish to do so in Thailand

Can I apply for a working visa in Thailand?

Should I set up a company in Thailand?

I want to do it as cheaply as possible, but I want to be legal
