They open a bank account with a stolen ID card, and retrieve the money as fast as possible. There was a case just a couple of years back where somebody opened a bank account with a stolen ID card. What was so special in this case is that the person opening this bank account didn't look remotely to the picture of the bank account. The people at the bank never bother to check !!!
