  1. Looks like they have a lot of fun, Until, ....The crying.
  2. There was nothing in the article about "No Helmet" I am sure she would have wared one, as she is a ICU nurse. But no full face helmet obviously !!
  3. In this, they are appellate courts of the highest instance. In this way, they differ from systems that have a supreme court that can rule on both the facts of a case and the relevant law. The term derives from the Latin cassare, "to reverse or overturn".
  4. Key words are "NO HELMET" RIP Carlos !
  5. Sad, but true. RIP young man.
  6. Hm, ... Nothing to be proud of !
  7. Most Politicians were police officers and made fortune just like Thaksin before entering politics.
  8. Maybe, but some countries have no, or minimal corruption !!!
  9. And that is where Thaksin Shinawatra started his career and made his first fortune. I suppose !?
  10. Hm,... You are forgetting the thousands and thousands of innocent deaths killed by the police. The police will say they were drug dealers !! but they fabricated all proof !!! In fact it's a blueprint of what happened here in Thailand with Thaksin's war on drugs !!
  11. Hm, As long as he don't poses a direct threat to someone, nobody will bump him off.
  12. Hm, Apparently Mathias has a lot of money, and probably buys of the police every time before this. But the good news is that the judge condemned him to two years in prison. He won two appeals before. So there is only one left !! Cassation !! That is the latest news I have from there. My wife and I were there less than a week ago. And everybody was talking about this case. It has been going on for years.
  13. Maybe you didn't read the article well,...... "More compelling is the fact that possession of e-cigarettes in Thailand is illegal in itself, an infraction which could result in imprisonment, fines, or both, with penalties reaching up to 500,000 Thai Baht."...
  14. The documents will be provided as usual in a thick brown envelope.
