  1. Maybe time to bite the bullet and make a call to the True helpdesk to get it stopped. They may even refund you for the drain you have already had. They were doing so at one time in the past.
  2. There is some information in this topic that may be of help: https://aseannow.com/topic/1126067-truemove-balance-keeps-dissapearing/
  3. It may help UK residents applying for a 60 day tourist visa to prepare the required documents before you start the visa application. These are the 12 documents you will need to upload (or it was in June this year). Either photos (JPG) or documents (PDF). 1. Photo of the biodata page of your passport 2. A head and shoulders selfie photo 3. A photo of the signed copy of the Declaration Form (attached a blank you will need to print and date/sign it, then photo to upload) 4. Copy of Flight Ticket 5. Copy of emails of condo booking or hotel booking etc 6. Copy of a recent bank statement showing at least £500 in the account - think they want your name and address and bank sort code and account number on the statement 7. ? Can't see the question on my screen print but think it might be a photo of the two pages of your passport biodata page and the one next to it 8. Photo of a note saying 'not required for this visa' 9. The same 'not required' note here 10. Photo of passport stamp pages 11. Photo of driving licence 12. Photo of me holding my passport open at the pages they want Also where it asks you for the address of your accommodation, the way it wants the address is a bit odd so you may have to experiment with the drop downs. The postcode drop down should only have 1 choice once the other fields are filled. Hope that helps make it less painful.
  4. Aligning the numbering with the OP, this is what I put for those required documents: 3. Copy of Flight Ticket 4. Copy of emails of my condo booking 5. I just put photo of a note saying 'not required' 6. I put the same 'not required' note here7. Copy of a recent bank statement showing at least £500 in the account - think they want your name and address and bank sort code and account number on the statement 8. Photo of my driving licence
  5. I can confirm based on (a) my own application using an insurance schedule page that showed no cover details + (b) friends who obtained their visa using the upload of a page saying 'not required for this visa' I confirm this if for Non-O Retirement 90 day single entry. If you want it from the horse's mouth you can email the London Embassy (address on website) and ask which is what one of my friends did and got the reply saying Insurance was not required. Caveat - This is for the London UK embassy, I obviously don't know about other countries. Hope this helps reassure you
  6. I see lots of threads advising people to come visa exempt or on Tourist visa and then go for Non O and then extend. Each to their own but for me arriving on a Non O (not too difficult now to get from UK at least) and then extending is far easier than going through the extra stage of getting a Non O in Thailand. The only real difference is the financial proof for getting the Non O in the UK. If you can meet this requirement then for me getting a Non O in the UK first is the way to go. If you come visa exempt you need to cover the onward flight details. The E-visa system is a bit clunky but if you go through the system first then pre-prepare the documents / photos required it is pretty easy really if you are comfortable with using a PC / uploading files.
  7. Just to help clarify the insurance requirement for a Non Imm O 90 day Single entry from the UK...there is no compulsory insurance requirement. Where the E-visa system asks you to upload this you can either upload a copy of whatever insurance you have got (all my schedule showed was basic details of my name, policy number and dates of insurance cover) or upload a copy of a piece of paper with ' Not required for this Visa' written on it. Even though the Embassy website states insurance requirements, this is out of date.
