Everyone has given you great advice here.....I've driven the Pattaya to Phetchabun route many times & the only advice i'll give you is to ''leave early'' so you don't encountor the heavy traffic along the motor way.
I mean early around 4am....you'll save yourself heaps of time & heartache!

I just had a friend come back from Patts & he said its ''dead-as-a-door-nail''......he mentioned my 3 regular BG's i usually BF were all available for the whole duration of his 11 day visit.
These girls would be BF'ed in a heart beat....hence my phone calls 2-3 weeks before going, just so they know i'm in town.

Thanks, glad you find it useful!
The central point (red marker) is placed at the intersection of Central and Second Road for the links in the OP. You can move the central point (red marker) and then press 'Search for POIs' and you will sort the hits by distance from the new central point. You can also zoom in and out of the map with the mouse scroll wheel.
Let's say you want to stay near LK Metro, then you place the red marker on LK Metro, select 'Lodging' and press 'Search for POIs'. The hits are then sorted by distance from LK Metro. Click on 'OSM','Google' or 'Here' to see the location on a map.
The Icons are a bit of a PIA, not easy to find small symbols that are self explaining.
A help page, with legend, is in the making. Some very basic instructions are on the first screen if you go to www.osmquery.com
Ok thankyou....again great work! Will use this (especially for hotels) on my next visit...Cheers!

The OP is spruiking this bistro though no pixs of the venue or his meals...i mean seriously?
A picture(s) tells a thousand words my friend!
-
Very helpful though where is the central point for distance away (in km)? (ie) WS? Central Festival? Soi 6?
Also some symbols are obvious though some aren't, you may want to add a legend to make it easier......other than that awesome job!

Can anyone on the ground in Jomtiem give us any pixs inside & outside of the bar? Seems weird the OP hasn't posted any too drum up business

I have a friend who lives in Patts...Yes, he did get bored in the first year, back & forth to the bars then he came across the Trivia Nights at The Boxing Roo on 3rd rd which he met many expats....which resulted in The Pattaya Scooter Club....now he's always busy fishing with his NEW m8's & has even taken up golf.

La Baguette on Naklua rd close to the Dolphin roundabout...
-
Shame that the Blues Factory closed....spent many night listening to great music over a few brewski's!
-
I suggest ''Moom Aroi Restaurant(s)''....there's 2, one in Naklua & the other on 3rd rd. I prefer the Naklua restaurant because its right along the beach. It has awesome seaford & very affordable.

Pattaya can be a dangerous at times especially when traveling alone in this huge red light district. I've witness a few bashing from mutipul Thai men towards falung(s)...say or act in a inappropriate manner & it could end in disaster very quickly.

Even in Pattaya, there's still Thai people not wearing their helmet day or night...I mean <deleted>?
Also having young kids standing-up at the front of the motorbike grabbing onto the odometer is pure insanity!
-
I would've laughed! .......''Up to him'' if he wants to get caught out.
-
I only started working at 15....at 10 i was still riding my BMX & skateboard after school
-
Well all i can say is that you learn something new everyday!.....even though i already knew that a ''burritos'' is not a sandwich! 555555

Its good to read they're doing something about it, though swimming in it is another story....shame really.
At least its a nice walk since they widen the path-way
-
I've heard a few stories from TG's similar to this one......one story was a friend of mine who gave her house m8 20k (baht) & then she disappeared with the money, leaving her to pay the ''full rent'' on top of the 20k.
She said that Buddha will punish her & justice will be served.....she's NEVER loaned money to anyone to this day.
-
Change the wife!
-
Keep them for yourself or give them to a TG(s)...they collect them to earn product discount's. "The Big C'' shopping malls have something similar as well.
-
All left-over food should be stored in the fridge especially beef, pork etc......maybe try & show her on Youtube what can come of someone who eats 3 day old food, she might be shocked!....well it might be a good start. Good luck!

When i first went to LOS 10yrs ago i had a falung come up to me (in Patts) & asked for 500b....he said he''d being robbed & had no money. So me being a NEWBIE gave him the 300b...errrr rookie mistake!!!!
I saw him later that day spruiking the same thing to other falung's....he probably made a cool 5k that day!
So years past & had another falung come up to me & spruik the same story....told him to GET F@#$%*!
-
Exaclty what you've said....a falung looking after not just her but her WHOLE FAMILY!....& that includes a PR in your country.
-
Why BG's think that i shit AUD $$$ like no tomorrow! After all our high TAXES (just so we can eat) its sometimes difficult to visit LOS at least twice a year if i'm lucky!
Some girls think ''No problem for you, you have plenty money!''..........seriously i don't!

Yes i did look at post 41 & it shows me nothing! The OP is spruiking this place so a few pixs of his meals & venue wouldn't hurt IMO.
