  1. Sean Hayes McAnna says at 0:01:

To everyone commenting. I never said I knew the killers. I said that if I died that night it was the guy from in touch who "did it". anybody with half a brain knows it would always be blamed on Burmese. I'm gutted for everyone involved, but there's really nothing I can do. I'm sorry the newspapers lied to you. Believe me, they lied about a lot of things. They just like a story.

  2. That article claims the 2 suspects had stolen the motorbike from the victim and kept it. Unbelievably stupid murderers to keep the clearly marked rental bike of the 2 tourists you just killed. Why did the police not make a song and dance about this, more damning than a mobile phone, if it is indeed true at all.

Way back when, there was a photo of a motor bike hidden in the jungle. I recall at the time it was clean and red and white. The story ended there.

At the time I was thinking it may have been Sean's using it to escape Mon and the undercover policeman. He did say he hid in the jungle.

What happened to Sean's motorbike? I did read he was desperate to sell it.

“We also discovered one of them had a mobile phone of one of the victims and the motorbikes they used that night.”

I don't know about Sean's motorbike but I think that article might have been interpreted wrongly by the person making that comment claiming that the bike had been stolen from the victims? To me that says they (the police) found the bike the Burmese used that night. Can't see mention of a bike being stolen from victims?

There was a picure of a motorbike on the Koh Tao Community FB group that someone there found in the jungle a couple of days after the murder..asking the groupwhat she should do..someone advised her to inform the cops...she did..dont know who it belonged to..it looked in good shape

It's my turn to apologize to Ambassador Mark Kent . At last he is representing us British in Thailand and our utter disbelief in the handling of this murder investigation on Ko Tao. Beers are on me Mark if I happen to come across you at the pub. You are a good man.

    and the saga continues... https://twitter.com/KentBKK/status/519875261165101057

  4. Oooops... caught again.... http://englishnews.thaipbs.or.th/three-migrant-workers-confess-rape-murder-british-tourists/

Earlier in the day, Mr. Mark Kent, the British ambassador to Thailand, paid a formal visit to Pol. Gen. Somyos Phumphanmuang at the Royal Thai Police headquarters to personally congratulate him on being promoted to the post of commissioner of the Royal Thai Police.

While there, he was given updates in the developments of the murder case and expressed his satisfaction on how the case was being handled and his government would not interfere in any way with the investigation. Mr. Kent went on to praise the Royal Thai Police in solving the case and have shown exemplary professionalism as a crime fighting unit.

The British Ambassador later said “Thailand and the UK have always mutually helped each other in the past and the cooperation has always benefitted both countries. This new development reaffirms our confidence in both our countries abilities.

  5. It's been reported in the news few days after the incident that semen found inside David's as well. Later on, no one talked about this. Now all old news has been removed from websites.

Maybe because it was incorrect news? Its not always easy to translate from thai to english.

No balo, I'm Thai and the Thai reporter was saying that but it was on the first day of the incident. Anyhow, I'm doubting about Mr Miller's phone whether it was at the scene, if his friend (Chris) could verify this, will be very useful information.

Here is a screen shot from the TV channel with the phone found at the suspect address... I have not seen the pictures of David's phone so cannot corroborate ...

  6. For those wondering how these guys missed the DNA testing, when then police started their investigation they rounded up the workers registered to each business. The illegals were most likely told by the business owners to stay away.

I think the police started out looking for the criminals, but what they discovered was just too big for them to handle. Unfortunately for them this time, too many people started crying foul and hopefully the truth will be out.

The third Myanmar guy is missing, having left KT (according to a report on BP); people should be worried for his safety. He was originally claimed to have confessed but most likely backed out at the last minute. In his first confession, 'Win' described how three of them did the crime. Hours later only two were charged.

There is photos off them getting tested and photographed by the police early in the investigation.

Sure but that was the early DNA test were all participant were cleared....

only thanks to the competent arrest and the 2 hour speed DNA test later was it possible to prove the burmese did it... ( ironi may be contained)

  7. Serialkiller/s has been on mind,

I had the crimescene photos evaluated by some experts and all agreed that the staging of Hannah as seen on one of the pictures in their part of the woods would indicate a possible serial killer. The amount of violence used in this murder is way beyond a first time offender for sure it is not just an occational rape & kill case, there is more to..whoever did this is prone to kill again

  8. CSI LA states: "I have a reason to believe that Sean McAnna saw what happened and was there when David was murdered by a push knife. You can clearly see that Sean suffered the same type of stab wound as David. Please pressure Scotland Yard and Interpol to search for Sean McAnna. He is the key witness in this case."

Left photo shows Davids lower jaw. The stab wounds are clearly visible... any questions pigboxer and other doubters?

I have always maintained that he was there.

This commentary from CSI just confirms what I believed.

Sean must step forward but I believe he may feel complicit in some way. I think he was with David when they possibly heard Hannah's screams Sean was scared off after the first stab wound and David stayed to defend Hannah. There are people that know the truth about this and it is their moral obligation to step forward now that potentially two innocents will be executed.

Whatever they are being told by the Foreign Office they cannot stay quiet now. it will be too late if they do as they are told and save their information for Thailand island "due process".

Which is precisely why panaorama or 60 minutes or any investigative journalists should be here now.

What most seems to forget is that there are several days between the murder and when Sean McAnna fleed the Island...

The pictures put together by armchair detectives may looks convincing but does in no way place Sean at the site of the murders.

The wound on Sean would look much different as it would be around a week old

However it could be argued that Sean possibly was attcacked by the same kind of weapon as used on Davis..but then it would be a week after the murders..

The interview given by Sean shows one hell of a scared kiddie , his body langauge in this interview is very clear , for those who knows of Kinetics you may try looking the interviews with Mon & the Headman and see a different picture

    Anyway..allways keep an open mind

  9. This phone , I guess...they had it a few days before they found it by the Burmese suspects ...Thanks to Abigail some from CSI LA found some video/pictures

Phony evidence, I would say! tongue.png

My wife's smartphone looks exactly the same, so, these pictures hardly prove anything.

Don't misunderstand me: I have serious doubts about this investigation, especially since the moment we learned that police promised cash reward to buy false testimony, but you can't be certain that it is the one and same phone that appears on both pictures.

smile.png Well in combination with a statement that the person in the interview was asked for its passcode, I would say it looks a bit suspicious ..just another of these little...something is not right..suspisious kind of circumstances..oh well
