Soon, I need leave Thailand (in a weeks time) for my work in Brazil however this case has become very personal to me and can't for the life of me shake it off and want to see a just and fair trial or for these 2 Burmese kids to be admonished and released if the charges are found to be unjust......

They forgot to mention that there is at least one highly suspect individual who refuses to give a DNA sample (for what reason other than being guilty?) and whom the Thai police continues to overlook

I would not give my dna willingly if I was innocent. I don't agree with your thoughts on that. I don't think it is right to "corroborate" a person's guilt with "evidence" such as not giving one's dna, not acquiescing to a search, or anything others may consider "behavioral anomalies". But I do agree that all suspects should be looked into as much as possible.

One reason he might not have given DNA is because his dad did and wouldn't the sons n dads dna be linked? I still think he should be tested all the same. Just a thought

also, news few days after the murder quoted the witnesses as seeing/hearing the guitar group singing "western songs".

Everything the thai police have done in the case has been on video the only time ive read online or seen that hasn't allowed reporters is when they held 1 suspect in a safe house (win) This is apparently when he admitted to murdering the suspects, before it was made public ....reports are some police had already leaked out the news story, to reporters (probably for money) even though the police denied it.

Anyway the point are trying to make is, in regards to the phone situation if they claim the phone was found in the bushes behind his house they should have this on film. if they dont have it on film id like to know why? considering everything else has been filmed.

Do you have a picture of this phone when the police found it in the bushes? Show me that picture instead, maybe thats another phone.

Yes, it's getting confusing for everyone. This is why the 'obsession' with the phone:

1. A poster here said that the police had asked Hannah's friends to enter the passcode into the phone so they could examine its contents. They had been holding the phone on the night of the murder. The poster's story isn't completely consistent, but the key point is that the police had the phone before the Burmese suspects were arrested. That's the claim.
2. If you (understandably) doubt the story of the poster, there is the photo above of what seems to show the police interviewing one of Hannah's friends. A phone that looks very much like Hannah's on the desk... pink with a black cover. [While not unique, it's also not a generic black iPhone for instance] That would suggest that the police indeed had Hannah's phone some time ago.
3. The police claim they found Hannah's phone in the possession of the Burmese suspects (at least that's what I've seen in some reports). That's clearly inconsistent with the 'indications' above... and it may suggest that the phone was planted at the workers' residence.

That's why this piece of the puzzle is important. It may be evidence that the workers are being railroaded...

Thai Police say however they are happy they have caught the killers and rapists and have DNA and CCTV evidence to prove it, plus Hannah's mobile phone, which they claim was found on their premises.

Channel 4 News (UK) just showed the "re-enactment" on the beach. After the "re-enactment" the police stated in an official release that Hannah's mobile phone had been found in the possession of the accused Myanmar boys.

Looking at this picture, if you look where i have put the yellow box....you will see a square shape in the sand...to me it looks like its made from the hoe. So who ever was sitting there smoking had the hoe on the time at the time. premeditated?

Wonder why the confession was so pivotal the case, if they have cast iron DNA and other evidence, or did the killers just want to unburden themselves.

How reliable is DNA and other forensic testing in Thai police labs? Are lab technicians liable to coercion or bribery?

What about fingerprint evidence from the garden hoe?

What test results have been found from the used condom found near the murder site?

Is there any evidence that the condom was used to have intercourse with Hannah? There would be traces of oil or rubber from the condom inside her.

What about other DNA traces apart from those from semen? If the condom used in this case, there would be other traces from the male such as hairs on the victims.

Many of these issues have not be mentioned at all in the investigation.

Finger print evidence on the hoe (hoe's)? i think 2 were used.

I seen them swabbing and wiping the hoes with swabs cotton buds at the scene. Im no expert but i think if there was finger prints that would smudge them no?

Four girls went out together? Where are you getting this information? You say this because there was 4 girls sitting at the table in the last image of hannah and david?

In the picture where both groups of friends are sitting in Choppers, the girls are all on one side of the table. In front of Hannah you can see some pouch or wallet and a phone in a black (leather?) flip-case is resting to it.

It could be that this was not her phone, or that it was and she gave it to some friend later to carry it in her purse. There aren't any purses in view but CCTV footage shows a friend with a blue dress walking next to Hannah, carrying a black shoulder bag.

hannah was carrying her phone you can see it clear as day on the live cctv footage...but once again there is no footage of 4 girls together at all that night

I would not want to share the gruesome photos from the crime scene, So without doing so, This is a template of injuries to David. All were very, VERY deep, brutal lacerations. 4 to the back of the head (skull), one to the cheek bone, 2 to the jawline and one to the collarbone. David also had bruises to the nose and eyes with minor scratches near the nose bridge. So i do now see that he must have been facing his killer at one point, and not all blows were from the back and side, as first thought.

I seen those photos unfortunately.... and it does look like stab wounds along with wounds made by a blunt object. The one on the collar bone area really stands out to be a stab wound

Just a wild guess, but unless the guy in the video has a twin brother or a clone, than it is pretty likely the guy in the CCT image is the same guy pictured on the right.

I also read in one of the earlier hundreds of media reports that the CCT guy was wearing a pair of shorts taken from one of the victims So if these guys are not the murderers or at least not on the scene, than how can anyone explain this one?

I always thought after looking at the cctv footage that the suspect had something in there pocket on the cctv (ive watched the cctv many times) square like a wallet or mobile phone ...i dont know judge for yourself.

I could be well off the mark here but ive been leaning towards a person carrying a guitar? this is maybe why the footage has been cut and there has been so much focus on guitars that night and then later on police have also so focused on 3 guitars from burmese workers. just a thought
