Oh lord that's too much. 2,000 baht per month is what Thais pay. I have seen nice apartments(fan cooled) for 2,000 baht per month in and around Pattaya. Might as well stay home if you're going to pay that much(I can find flats at that price in my home country).

I had a hooligan type guy with about 7 friends and relatives living above me in a 1 bedroom apartment.
Water leaking thru the bathroom ceiling, scraping furniture across the hardwood floors, pounding the somtum motar at all hours, people jumping, doors slamming, on and on.
They were destroying that apartment it sounded.
The management?
They didn't care if that room was destroyed. They made it clear, they didn't like me complaining.
I was single, taking very good care of my place, kept quiet, respected the neighbors, paying on time...
Guess who moved out?

This story is impossible.
All jet ski damages are covered by Thaisri insurance plc. since February 2013 and the Marine Department has been inspecting them as recently as August 2014.
