Crane collapse at construction site - no injuries but extensive damage

Just my ten peneth. The crane boom went over side ways suggesting side loading the boom or slewing to fast and sharp stopping. This with poor support under the crane outriggers and possibly overloading. But one thing is for sure is there is very little health and safety in the work place in Thailand.
