I'm pretty sure the women in the white dress spoke isaan when she said เห็น บ่อ when talking .Possibly not first time tourists and should know drinks in bars are more expensive.Just a thought.

Back in my own country for abit just want to say a big thank you to all the members of thaivisa your advice and input has been a godsend at times when i just wasn't too sure about what to do.I made my own choices but took your advice on board thanks briggsy and ubon joe please keep on advising people your knowledge is second to none.Thanks to everyone just keep posting a great community

Just been immigration and explained my concern they were very helpful and initialled my stamp.They did explain everything is on the computer so not to worry

I asked him about that and he didn't think it was necessary

I have just been to immigration and whilst i was there the immigration officer noticed that may arrival stamp was not very clear regarding the year ( 2015) so he wrote it in pen so it would be seen .I was not happy with this but he said no problem as now the date can be seen is this standard practice?

I have been reading about this and it has got me thinking.On the arrival form i just put the province and not the full address.I live with my girlfriend at her house and she has not told immigration i am there because she has never heard of such a requirement.I have no need to go to immigration (although last year we went to Nongkhai to extend tr visa and gave her address as my place of residence).My question is when i leave will immigration at swampy see that i have not registered anywhere since i arrived.P.S i did not put full address because i couldn't remember in full and i have put just the province for many years

Thanks for the advice what restictions are there regarding visa exempt?

I came into Thailand on a single entry Tourist Visa which i extended for an extra month recently.I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.After this month expires i would like to stay 1 extra month and no more..Could i achieve this by doing a visa run and obtaining a 30 day visa exempt (from uk)or would i run into problems.I have no back to back visa's in my passport. Thanks for any advice
