  1. Technically you need an import license to bring in pharmaecuticals except as part of your accompanied bagage (and even that limited to 30 days).

There is a locally made generic equivalent to Efexor, the brand name is Valosine. Suggest you try that, will be less expensive than Efexor by far.

How long have you been on the Effexor and what strength. You can get lower dosages.Try to get of it it is a terrible medication

  2. Cheers mickjn, i did intend to spend my last week seeing the sights and absorbing the culture but when it came to it, i just couldn't get out my routine! I'm sure when I'm there months at a time then i'll do it properly. But for my first trip there was no way i was going to leave that city.

And so be it.I have friends that haved live in Pattaya for years and love it.I have Thai friends that work in Pattaya but every chance they get they go back home even for a few days.Pattaya suits you, good luck with that Sir the main thing in the Land of Smiles enjoy every day no matter where you are

  3. 4. Doctors at big hospitals BKK etc are as good as any in the world

I would be happier if you had written the word 'some' at the beginning of your message. When in any doubt I consult a good lady doctor at one of the BKK hospitals with 4 different US qualifications and who worked in the US for 6 years. I trust her completely.

Can you tell us who these world renowned doctors are? If yes, thanks in advance. If no, why not?

Bangkok Pattaya to start,if there is a bad on tell me I will look into it, if you want anymore just ask,

Are you saying that some of the doctors that work in the big hospitals in BKK are no good,

Are you saying that you have a comprehension problem?

    Not at all,
