since that should be done BEFORE she has her first Sex she is about the right age for that. In germany we do that vaccination at age 10

Fact is the German Government is redoing the recommendations for people completely and also lowering them from 14 days of food and water to 10 days! So far they did recommend you always have basic stuff at home for 14 days and the old rules did go into effect in February 1989 and pretty much everybody did forget that ! And it is not for war or such but mostly in case of some flooding, cold winter, storm or such. But it makes such good news ignoring they are lowering their recommendation and make it sound like its new and linked to the immigrants ! But in real it has nothing to do with that and the report now coming out with new recommendations was ordered in 2012 after some floodings !

In Sweden it is considered rape if the girl next day decide she really didnt want it to happen or feels bad about it or just decides the guy was bad in bed or if he didnt want to wear a rubber!

Also no matter the outcome of the police investigation it does stay in the statistics as a Rape ... even if they find out it wasnt one.

These 2 points alone mean they will have many more than any other country in the books even if by world definition not many happen there.

But it is true the immigrants there are responsioble for most of the "real" rapes

to be honest it would most likely bring a lot of money to thailand and would break lots of the old powerstructures.

it would level the playing field that is now stacked for the local rich families and give foreign investors a lot of rights that they can have enforced not only in thai court (as if that will ever happen !) but also in foreign courts.

it would regulate many of the import taxes and make access to the thai market withour a local "partner" much easier

if you ask me i am strongly agains europe signing TTIP but in the case of thailand i am not sure it would be bad ;-)

it would be worst for the elite and will not affect the little people as much as in western countries.

I've actually seen worse. Not that long ago, I witnessed a German 92 year old living with an 18 year old here in Udon. If that wasn't bad enough, they had already been together for 2 years. I heard he died just shortly after, but I'm still baffled and speechless about it, like <deleted> ?

Another couple I met in the very same village is a 86 year old (also German) being married to a 24 year old. While it's less controversial legally, biologically and neurologically, I can't help using the exact same words again, <deleted> ?

to be honest as long as that Marriages last longer than 1 year and are registered at the embassy the girls will be taken care of for the rest of their lives !

these guys are most likely retired long enough to still fall under the old retirement laws that does grant widows pension of 60% of his pension after his death no matter how old the wife is ;-) as long as she doesnt remarry under german law ;-)

so to be honest the girls does trade a few years for a lifelong pension of most likely 800-1400 euros each month. look at all the trophy wives in western countries that do exactly the same.

sure it would be easy to run a lot of lot of desalination plants along the Coasts powered by wind or solar power and so satisfy the water needs of places like bangkok, pattaya , phuket , hua hin or all the south with hat yai and co.

it will not help the farmers in the north direct but it would help say 1/3 to 1/2 of thailands population and thats nothing bad.

Also it would help sinking BKK because part of the sinking is that they pump so much water out of the ground.

and to be honest the few liters of water per person wasted on Songkran arent important compared to other water uses.

since pretty much all the evangelical christians cherrypick the bible for the parts they like and not what it is trying to teach i think noone should care what they say.

but in realitity its that they did have much too much influence for too long and in the last decade did pretty much control the GOP.

but even the GOP should start to see that they cant win anymore on the bible alone and need more candidates in the middle or in the long run they will loose it all

so instead of fixing whats wrong they just inject more money ( they not really have ) into a broken system to keep it running a bit longer

again .. how could they not see that month in advance ?
