What about the people who already own condos and can’t visit them .I paid 20 Million for mine.

So the first people they let into Thailand are Chinese are they property owners? Well I am and can’t get back to it. I have invested a lot of money into Thailand over the 30 years I have been coming to stay.They need to let us back in to at least let us try and sell it to a Chinese person if that is the only Country allowed in as we are not allowed back.

I very much doubt you will have any tourists back with all the rules.I can’t see anyone wanting to come back to stay 14 days cooked up in a Hotel room at inflated prices having to take Thailand’s Travel insurance at a crazy price! I own a property and to get a visa we need to transfer 3 million baht into our Thai bank account.It won’t be happening .Complete madness who is in charge as it seems a complete shambles right now.High season is fast approaching and if they don’t get there act together Thailand will be like a ghost town.

These crazy ideas about letting people in are never going to work.I own a condo in Thailand and to get in we have to send 3 million baht to our bank account are they crazy plus quarantine in a Hotel for 14 days plus take. Out health insurance at hugely inflated prices. They should just forget about it until next year or until we have a vaccine.Why do we need 3 million in a Thai bank madness.

Let’s face it it is never going to Happen the rules get changed every day people have to make plans to travel. Thailand would be as well as saying no visitors until there is a vaccine sadly the Tourist buisness will be on it’s knees by then but it is everywhere else in the world anyway. I own a Condo in a thailand and normally spend the Winter in Thailand but I have come to the conclusion it won’t be happening this year as I am from the UK .

I can’t see how this is going to work it says that you have to come from a country that has no new cases for 2 months well that rules most of Europe out as we have new cases.Most of the Long stay tourists are Europeans.And who is going to want to be locked up in a Hotel for two weeks at inflated prices like a prisoner.A lot of people on long stay have condos to stay in why not isolate at home.Surely this makes more sense.

That crazy idea I’d never going to work back to the drawing board.I own a condo why would I want to live in A hotel for 2 weeks when I can be locked away in my own place.

Are they kidding do they honestly think people are going to come on Holiday to be locked up in a Hotel for 2 weeks we have been locked up for Months in Europe no chance of it happening.

The deaths on the Road are crazy yet they are worried about people coming into the country with Covid.They are lucky to survive the transfer to the Hotel in one piece.

Thailand do not like any type of criticism so I believe if you live in Thailand you abide by the rules or leave .I just read a article in the Financial Times that things have been posted on face book criticism of the Royal Family. I believe if you are a guest in the country you respect the rules they make you agree or not.I admire the Thais for carrying it through. 

I have a home in Thailand and want to know when I can return to it if ever.

Sadly I don’t think Pattaya will see 7 Million tourists for a long time.Not this year anyway. Most people will be too nervous to Travel .

Poor old Guy he probably arrived in Thailand when it was the land of smiles.I bet he is not the only OAP living like that in Thailand.

Keep them closed the UK was late on shutting everything down and we now have over 35.000 deaths.

I have just returned from Thailand with the amount of Chinese tourists in December I believe it to be real news not fake at all.

I travelled in a taxi from the airport and the taxi driver started texting he soon stopped when I shouted at him. Absolutely crazy in that traffic. 

What a complete Pratt he need to be locked up and given counselling for Anger Management makes you proud to be British ! .I have no idea why men come over here and think it’s okay to behave like that absolute idiot.
