It  is  not so  much the  failure to perform  to stated objectives than it is  about the backsliding even on stated objectives other than  the  distraction of a  ridiculous  fence at the  cost  of  US  people and agitating the  world   with  immature bogus assertions.

Let me tell you a secret: look out for

two guys, normally wearing green jackets, full face helmets and riding on a CB 150. The driver is normally the "enforcer". Just ask every normal Thai for confirmation. All over Thailand you can find them.

    Yes,  true.

And  often the  two on  the  bike  are  doing  the  job  because  they  are  also deep in debt  to  the   Boss. :saai:

  4. I  am left   amazed!  It would  seem  that the  US  has  the  capacity  to   negate  the  aspirations  of   any  country in the  acquisition  of   nuclear   missiles !

So  all  is  good !   Forget   about   NK.

The good  USA  being in possession  of   this  technology  along  with  massive   nuclear   capacity,  chemical   and  biological weaponry capacity will  continue  providing  enforced  security  with  Trump the  Chump  having  a  finger  on  all the  buttons !

    Dream on !

Negative. I wont be supplying any links as this is privileged information, I posted this to stop the guess work going on.

Just be happy the message was sent to NK. Don't mess with the best.

Plenty of places you can seek for yourself on the web to find the information, yes it is out there.

Hint, search up on electronic counter measures and remote reprogramming of missiles.

Enough said as I have told you way toooo much anyway.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh !   Right ! Thanks  Mr   Bond.

Actually excessive speed already starting to be reduced here also because people get more frequent fines from the speed cams. With these cams u can completely control the speed on the roads.so again u wrong sorry mate

Speed   cams  in Thailand  are generally set to  trigger  at  120km.

And  how   can a   speed   camera  "control " speed?  Especially  when  frequent travellers  on a specific  road   know  where the  cameras  are  installed.

You  can say I am wrong  but  you  continue   with  your  fixation  about  speed.

Look at the  statistical causal evidence  of   motorcycle   road  deaths ! Even   where  speed  is  a  factor  often it was  not  the  motorcycle  exceeding !

I believe your name fits with u perfectly because u know already my viewpoints about this topic so why u keep coming back ?I will not change my opinion duh.I strongly believe in reducement of speed it will safe many lives.Just as it did in Europe way less accidents.

Yes.  And  Yes. And  yes  again.

    And  no !

    This  is Thailand.

Unlike  Europe where  enforcement  is   effective.

The US Military has already sorted out the missiles and nukes. Readers should really expand their research skills to encompass  many sources of news. The US took out the missile just after take off. Fake news is everywhere. I read that many posters are so uninformed, their comments are very child like and very typical of the snowflake type reporting.

There are so many options left for the US to sort out NK, like Rod of God, EW and remote reprogramming.

Never fear when Trump is near.

Kindly  provide   a  link  to  official confirmation  that  the  US  took out   the  NK  test   missile.  Thanks  in anticiption.

I think many voters are having remorse for supporting the con artist in chief. but I also think many were just so sick of politics as usual they saw a difference and followed it... This was the worst election in US history. The worst choices provided ever.

    Now  isn't  that   interesting ?

    Worst "provided "  choices !

Americans  need  to  think  hard  and  long  about    just  that!

Yes with good helmets Maybe a couple of less casualties  who now will be in a wheelchair instead for the rest of their lifes great solution!!.Reducing bike speed till 50 km makes more sense.

Reducing the  speed  of   motorcycles  to  50 km would  fix  all? Doubtful. The   land  of  Mopeds at  mercy  of  the  hulking  4x 4 drivers  who  would  delight  in  the  domination ?

Speed  certainly  is  a  factor.  But the greater  factor  is  the  braindead lack of  self awareness  at places  like  intersections  where the  speed is  almost  nominal zero that is highly significant !

Advocating speed   zones and  speed  capacity is  pointless when the  majority  ignore compliance overall.

  11. I have  watched  and  re  watched   this  video  many times.

Obviously  without  knowing  how the  altercation started I  would  still  say  both  were  at  stupid   fault.

As in  that "the  victim" has  some  cause  to be so  enraged as to  face off  with  the  driver of a  vehicle (  with a suggestion he  was  n an  emergency  trip  to  a hospital  with a  sick  child  etc).

Even if that suggestion  is  true  then  why waste  time   in a confrontation ?

With  his  verbals finishing  with an apparent  smack to the  vehicle the   driver  reacts badly   by   exiting  again and  taking a swing  at the complainer.

There  is a punch which  looks  like to the  side  of  the  neck followed by the  final dismissive shove  that  face planted  the  victim which  was the actual  cause of  the visible  minor injuries and  not  some  massive  face  blow..

I would  be interested  to  know  if  either  were  actually  sober.

Dont you just love trying to walk along the footpath trying to avoid huge vats of boiling oil, hot barbecues pouring out smoke, the choking fumes of fried chilli, plastic seats and people waiting and taking up all the path so you have to push past or walk in the road. So much Bangkok charm !!!!  Bo!!ocks !

It  will  be the  seared  eyeballs  from  chillie  fumes   I  will  fondly  remember  as  a thing   of the  past  !

I believe in 25/50 //70 /100 km zones and more enforcement of it.so in a 50 km zone u cant drive 20 km and u cant drive 70 km in a 50 km zone.

Trams  and  trolley  buses  have  a limited   range.  The   VIP  bus  with  dodgy   AC  may   suit.

Personally  I  prefer the   right  to  transit as  of will  but  within the  boundaries  of   law  but  more importantly  within  the  limitations  of  what  I sensibly experience as  a driver.

An edict  of zone  regulated  speed  is  no compensation  for  common sense.

Thai Reports here states that main causes for accidents are driving above the speed limit, alchohol ,danger driving such bumper tailing ,overtaking from wrong lane.Driving under the speed limit was not mentioned ad accident cause in the report but came out ur thumb.

So if  you were  to remove  the  stats  for "driving  above  the  speed  limit"  at  what  speed  do  you   believe  the remaining  victims  were  travelling  at ?

Perhaps we'll be hearing a lot more about incidents like this as people start getting the idea they can do what they like.

Is  it a   matter  of  "  Do what  you  like "  or  a matter  of  "  I  will  refuse  to selectively be  denied  the  service I have paid  for"  ?

The higher the speed the less time to react to avoid an accident.zoning is good 50/70 km for most zones and highways 100/120when i drive in Thailand I rarely see any (advisory )speed signs beside the roadd so i guess most drive here just whatever speed they feel like suits them.

You  are correct in  a limited  sense. The  speed being traveled  would  for  sure  be  factor  in serious injury and  higher  possibilty  of   death.

But  statistically the majority of sad  outcome  of  accidents involving permanent   debilitating  injury  and  also death  occurs at low  speed.

Most  often  as  a result  of error  of  judgment on  either /both/multiple drivers  involved.

    Advisory  signs  are  exactly  that....

Comprehension  of  the reason  for the  existence  of  such  signs is  irrelevant  until  after  the  fact .

So  yes.  Thais  tend  to drive  at   whatever  speed  suits  them..........some  at   nominal  speed,  some  at a  dangerous  and  obliviou s  low  speed,  while  some  push  not  only  the  limits  of  over taking   capacity  let  alone   driving  skill  at   extreme   high   speed.
