He's reported the opposite way of Trump. Prayut grossly understates his holdings (since he can't declare offshore piles of money) and Trump overstates by many billions (in an effort to support his fake business acumen). Both are liars, in the game for only themselves.

That is not a photo from the accident, it says a stock photo
Also, the article speaks of "motorbike". In my parlance, that looks more like what I'd call a "motorcycle".

The trolls and bickering have turned many off of AseanNow. There are some regular members adamant on high jacking posts and offering their non stop opinions and not as so much in facts, and have grown not so easy to ignore. These "regular" members have been around since TV and still think and act the same as they did before, which tells me, most likely hardheaded Dinosaurs that are unlikely to change.
Agreed. Sometimes when reading posts and responses, I feel like there is a serious case of angry old men for members (or argumentative old men at least).

Yeah somewhat true. But sometimes they resort to this kind of act to scare other clients to not default. A bit like an insurance policy. Mafia in USA do the same. Not that I condone it.
This sounds to me like it was just a hot-headed reaction, not a plan thought out.

Now that, I can agree with. Shoot first, think later.

"she had been raped three times in the pickup during the ceremonies."
If this is true, there's nothing MEDIUM about this "spiritual medium".

Killing the debtor seems akin to the idiom "biting the hand that feeds you" (only a thousand times worse). Now the loan shark can write off the entire debt, while running from the law.

The perpetrators should all receive punishment of equal treatment, recorded on video and posted to social media. Pity for the poor kid.

Some Canadian RCMP on horseback might do more to help tourism. The horses would be quite the sight with the mounted police in their red uniforms. They would be great at chasing down street thieves.

Another foot in the door by Xi. Belt and Road wasn't enough, so install real warm bodies to advance the cause.

Why they do $#!t like this, I don't know, in a country with as many whores per capita than anywhere in Asia, there is no need to assault children!
I don't think it's a matter of "available whores". Perhaps more like "something wrong upstairs".

Thanks to JosephBloggs for all the great pictures and video plus the elaborate narrative. "A picture is worth a thousand words." This post is like a million words. And thumbs up to the crane guys. It's interesting to see how the workers guiding the slab after lifting, all kept their feet well back.

It never would have developed like this if the Thai hot head had stopped and moved the kid's bicycle instead of driving into/over it.

Neeray - Perhaps he was driving OK but the brakes failed.
I am reminded of the long steep descent travelling south from Korat to Kabinburi ,after Wang Nam Kiew, which is an excellent road. All the trucks seem to go down at 1-2 mph but there are still accidents.
A fearsome load he was carrying.
No need for a baseless jibe. R.I.P. poor chap . . . .
"Where with all" includes going dead slow, at 1-2 mph down a slope, as you noted. His load was 40,000 pounds, the rig probably weighed 30,000 pounds. That requires "where with all".

Where I live on the shore of Lake Ontario in Canada, these "things" often swarm like a bunch of mosquitos. I've been a boater all my life but never owned, or had any appreciation for, a jet ski. Except for racing and wave jumping on the water, I see no pleasure or value to them. Many are just a menace.
To the person who posted the "confused" emoji, tell me what confuses you and I'll see if I can help.
