As I did (also the TM7) until my local office took exception one visit and told me that in the future all forms must be completed by hand and in blue ink.

So now they get, instead of a nice completed easily readable form, a hand scribble (all in capital letters) which even I find difficult to read at times.

Darn! I did hand printed mine in black ink. Only because I didn't read  about that requirement until just now.

I know I'm going to get a big fine, maybe even a big blue ink check mark in my passport....

  2. Ok. I  am reading the https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?page " It says.....3. The foreigner makes the notification by registered mail. 4. The notification must be made within 15 days before or after 7 days the period of 90 days expires."

But on the same page it says "Your registered mail must be sent to the Immigration office at least 15 days before the due date of notification."

    I am due on the 15th. That's 15 or 14 days before.....WT heck?

Do I do it NOW or can I wait to mail next week?????

You have AIS Fibre? Which package?

How is your Android Box connected to your network? WiFi or ethernet cable?

Your Android Box worked fine until...? You received a message? Was than an SMS?

AIS Mobile Phone service is addng 5G. Fifth Generation, newer, better, faster I guess.

AIS Fibre offers routers which support 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi. Generally speaking, 5 GHz would provide higher speeds, over a smaller area.

Not seeing how the message and your lack of performance are related?

I went to the shop where I bought the box. They told me the problem is the programs.

The internet speed is ok now. I over reacted.

    All good now. Thanks.

Where are you?  We're in central Bangkok and use AIS for wi-fi and have 2 Android boxes connected and it's all running as normal.

Central Bkk also. I just took my android box to a neighbor with BBB and still have the same problem.

I will go to Fortune IT mall where I bought the box and see what they say. Maybe time to buy a new one..???????? It is 4 years old.

    Thanks for your reply.

  5. Last week we got a message from AIS that they had switched over to  5 G... Have had AIS for a year and never had any speed issues.

Since that message, our speed as slowed significantly! I never checked my speed before. But now when using my android box to watch programs, it's <deleted>!

, Mobdro will not work at all. The other APKs work for a minute and then shut down.

After 3 calls to the company. It's still slow. Download 31. Upload 30.....

Anyone else having a problem with AIS?

  6. I have done online report on the website for a number of years. Before the virus I would get an answer back in the afternoon, if I submitted in the AM.

Since the virus, my last two reports have been 3 working days after submitting.

I submitted last week on the 9th. Wednesday. Now "PENDING" Since Thur and Fri were holidays I was hoping for approval today. But as of 15:00, no reply.

I am hopeful it will come this week. If not, I will call before thinking about making that long expensive trip to CM.

  7. I was there a week ago. I frequent Country Roads bar. Happy hour beers till 21:00 ( I think) One band playing around 20:00 I will say that the band wasn't that lively. But I have always referred to them as "The Zombie band." Many of the girls that worked there before are back.

Lots of girls in the other bars that are open.

Short time hotel over Country Roads is still 350 baht.
