If you're in the Pattaya area the land office has moved up past Pattaya North Road. They just need a copy of chanote which was printed from phone. Chanote shows if there is a mortgage on the property etc. They let us take the whole folder to photocopy. They can calculate transfer fees etc at the same time. The property I was looking at wasn't new but was registered as 2 levels but infact had 4. All up 150baht. -

Hi all, I am looking to visit Thailand pretty soon for less than 30 days, I am from a western country and don't require a visa. Pre Covid - Just fly in. During Covid, I had to stay in the quarantine hotel with pre arranged ride, vax certificates, covid insurance and return ticket. I was just wondering what the current entry requirements are? My local thai embassy website doesn't mention any entry rules.
