The agreed contractor suddenly wanted increase in agreed price for second phase of works(+25%) and then completely failed to communicate. They are still in business . Very strange,. I put the project on hold for various reasons but ready to move on now.

I have a part built house needing completion. Foundations, Roof and initial floor complete. Pool part constructed to cement finish. Drawing and specifications completed. Quotations required after seeing previous quality work.

I suggest people try the Leo Strong 8 brew..it’s actually a better lager than the rice beers produced by Chang and Singha. Taste a lot like Lao beer. About time there was a bit of a challenge to the big boys and it will be worth buying an all malt brew at a slightly higher price.

Very balanced reporting!!! So how many Thai’s were arrested in the same time period. Then look at the number of Thai’s: Farang population during the year. You will then see the real,picture!!
