I've booked an appointment at Trendy Building to submit my wife's UK visitor visa application. I've decided to pay for the "Document Scanning Assistance service". The appointment is for 1400, so normally we would be there for 1345. Does anyone know if we need to get there earlier if we're using the scanning service, or do we arrive at the normal time, with the documents in hand and ready to be scanned? Thanks in advance for your replies.
