  1. I called the IO helpline and asked them about the appointment website being down and naturally asked why the online application site is still not working a year later. Obviously he didn't know why. It's obvious why, if sites like Lazada can work perfectly why can't any government website work, all of them rubbish. They simply don't want to, imagine how many jobs will go if we didn't have to get a person to stamp something in our passport, how much tea-money will not be collected because one of us made a simple mistake on our application.
