  2. Hi all / swaadee kup. I plan on visiting thailand with my wife after about 3 years of not visiting. We plan on going for a 3 week holiday for tourism purposes only as shes feeling abit homesick and i also miss the place badly. I want to enter on a visa exempt as the trip is for 3 weeks and i will get a 60day entry using this method. Would i require a NON O visa as im married to a thai for my visit or will i be allowed in as visa exempt as we are only going for 3 weeks? I have a UK passport and my wifes is thai. I have had NON O visas in the past, and also visa exempt for shorter stays without any issues, but with all the rule changes that thai immigration make, i just wanted to makesure i dont get any nasty shocks at swampy. Thanks
