Hi, I'm in Pattaya and need to change the toilet in my condo bahtroom. Among all the possible DIY shops (Homepro, T. Watsadu, BNB etc...) which one would include the installation of a new toilet if i buy it from them? Around how much would that cost? Obviously they would have to unseal and remove the old one first. Thanks

Maybe I have been lucky but I have been successful buying a condo with Wise. I had on my bank book multiple Transfers over the last 2 years to BKKBANK with Wise, all tagged as international. It Was not straightforward, the 1st BKKBANK i've been told me to go to the branch were the account was opened and for them to decide. Lucky me it was in the same city.

New condo, I was thinking about getting this mattress cleaned but unfortunately after checking under the bedsheet i found out that it is good for the bin. Anyone has the contact of a person / company who can get rid of this for me for a fee (I'm in nakluea). Google search has not been successful so far. No need to suggest that I wait for the council garbage collectors truck and ask them, involve condo staff in that matter or drag the mattress and leave it in the street. There must be a company that will take care of this in pattaya for few hundreds. Thanks in advance.
