There are ways to do this. It gets tricky when you want to license and insure to drive on the road. Off hiway, race cars, etc are easier. I would check out a few car clubs, road race courses, or drag strips and ask the local people. All info will be found there - as well as you very well might be offered some assistance.

Your job as a parent is to prepare your child for Life. This means learning correct behavior. One Caveat - I had both my parents growing up. Was an Altar Boy, Cub scout, all the white bread Status Quo BS that people believe will make a "Good Citizen" All out the window at age 14 ... Altho the correct behavior I was taught served me well when I spent my time with those "Outside" the system But I was taught the basics - the rest was up to me. This is ALL you can do.
