    Singapore has a similar scheme..once you submitted your arrival details they will email you confirmation.. When you landed in Singapore you just go through the e-gates...you don't have to show QR code or Q up for immigration..

    Thirty years ago I was offered a kg of heroin by a tuk tuk driver for a very cheap price, can't remember how much..also guns...no problem with immigration you can come and go as many times as you wish....of course opening of bank accounts no problem..
