I got statement with my full address here from Kasiokorn Bank few days bank. They charged THB 100 and proper print out with stamp and signature of person who did for me from customer service department.

I have got COE for Phuket Sandbox for 14 Nights travelling on 4 October 2021. I understand Government have now reduced Sandbox stay to 7 Nights for fully vaccinated person which applies to me. How do I reduce stay to 7 Nights and get COE ? Will I get refund for PCR Tests paid ? Am in London now. Any one expert please advice. Many thanks in advance.

As said above I downloaded NHS application on my phone than downloaded Vaccination certificate and applied for COE. Got COE although there is no passport number in certificate but date of birth/name matches COE application. It was appceted.

Yes I applied for COE for Phuket Sandbox in London flying on 4 October and received it within 2 days. I did that 1st week of September as it said one can apply 30 days before and got it issued. I presume once issued it is valid.

If this can help any of you going for sandbox. I bought TRUE INSURANCE for covid online from Thailand for THB 7400 for 3 months. Covers for 100k US as required and got preapproval COE. Than searched online SHA+ hotels in Phuket and booked direct with Four Points by Sheraton for 22K THB for 14 nights. Received SHA+ certificate plus link to book PCR TEST. Booked flight to Phuket on Singapore Air London Phuket transit Singapore and than booked PCR Tests in Phuket where you need to confirm flight details and SHA+ Hotel confirmation number. Once paid for PCR Tests - upload Paid PCR Test confirmation, Flight and SHA+ hotel confirmation and received COE from London next day.

I do not know of all inclusive packages and for Thai nationals but I as UK passport holder with retirement O extension just applied and got COE from London Thai Commission for travel in October. I took covid insurance from TRUE Insurance Thailand online. Booked SHAPLUS hotel in Phuket for 14 nights. Once you have booked and paid for SHA+ hotel they email you with certificate of booking and website to book 3 PCR tests. You must have flight booked than you go on this site confirm your flight and SHA+ hotel booking details and pay THB8000 for three PCR tests. Once booked they email confirmation number of payment along with that, SHA+ booking and flight you need to upload to COE application than you get COE by email.

I applied for COE and got pre approval in 48 hours - from London. Than booked flight and hotel (coming via Phuket sandbox) paid for PCR tests and uploaded got COE very next day from London although my flight is on 5 October 2021.

Thinking of applying for COE for Phuket sandbox and after 14 days will travel to pattaya where I live. Anyone who has recently done this please recommend best SHA+ hotel - don't mind 4/5 star as long as area near by is open specially restaurants, massages etc. Are bas open ? Ready to apply for COE from UK. Am on Retirement Extension (O) valid till 5 December 2021. I presume I just need to upload my passport main page, visa extension till 5 December 2021 page and Re-entry permit obtained before leaving. Is there a need to upload all previous years extensions received as well first Retirement O visa taken from UK on first entry before extensions received ? Secondly tried to check Covid-19 Insurance premium for 90 days ( looking to travel end of September 2021). WWW.lumahealth.com is showing premium of 7400 THB where as www. tipinsurance.com via Thai embassy is showing premium of 12160 THB . I presume Luma Health cover would be enough to satisfy COE.
