  1. Wow, I wonder whether the current ATMs can cope with all those 100B notes, the banks wont be happy with adjusting all their machines. I think a lame brain idea. Corruption will just work around it.

Hi to all, trying to find an Engraver, I live in a Northern Isaan City and having trougle locating an Engraver. What type of shop or business in Thailand would do this? Normally from my home country they are incorperated with trophy stores, key cutters, jewelry outlets, etc. Cheers.
  3. Just thinking maybe for resident expats with AO or O visa there would be no need for another documement telling them the same thing, Forgot I am in Thailand the world of paper trails.
  4. Hi to all, I have question for all you immigration gurus, as an retired expat arriving back in Thailand from a overseas holiday I must complete a TDAC for entry , the form asks for your address in Thailand, Q: If I am supplying my home address does this eliminate the need for a TM30 to be completed by my Thai wife? Cheers

Hi to all, has anybody or no of a friend that has had TURP surgery for BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia) in Ubon Ratchathani. Looking for a good Urologist and hospital for this proceedure and aproximately what the cost was? Any info appreciated.
  7. Hi, everybody saying how wonderfull the car is , but nobody seems to talk about RANGE. My biggest problem is if your like to travel you must find a charger at your overnight stop, what I have seen is there are very few or next to none hotels that provide charging points, you must charge your EV at charging station somewhere in a city at a charge point, then theres the problem of waiting for a vacant charger or worse finding some of the chargers dont work. When the infrastructure is at 100% reliable and charge stations at accommodation are the normI would consider buying one.

  9. Correct, Mr three prong driver, time will tell how good your ev will be after battery warranty expires, not to mention resale value.
  10. Yes all good now, time will tell when battery warranty runs out or car brand goes belly up. My long term concern is will you be able to sell when battery warranty has finished, looking at other countries around the world resale value almost no value.
  11. Let me guess your a EV owner.
  12. Interesting U tube video. I can see this possibly happening in Thailand, considering the Chinese EVs now pouring into Thailand.
  13. Hi to all, has anybody had the REZUME prostrate proceedure done in Thailand and was it successfull, and about what was the cost of the surgery. Looking for a hospital that does this surgery in North Eastern Thailand Cheers
  14. Lived here 10 years now, great place. BBC show just trying to get viewers, with biased reporting. Thailand is no different in its tourist hotspots to any other country. Lets face it nearly all media these days is driven by gender opinions not actual fact.
  15. He will spend his 12 months in a 5 star apartment, police will make sure of that.
  16. I'm sure they will find another corrupt numpty to replace her.
  17. Hi to all, checked in for my 90 day report today and was advised for my 1 year 'O' Visa extension due in December that my Thai wife has to fill in a 'Affidavit of family relationship to Thai National' (STM10). Along with copies of her Thai ID and house book, plus these documents must be signed by a witness. First time I've seen this. Another 6 pages of paper work. Reply
  18. As Gomer Pyle would say, Surprise,Surprise.
  19. Thai mindset, dont you just love it. As we used to say in the Army, greycoats on greycoats off.
  20. I stopped flying with Qantas quite awhile ago, below par service and food. Spirit of Australia, not any more, more like BS of Australia.
  21. Also stands as to the stupidity of people travelling in a foreign country with insurance.
  22. ENGLAND HAS FALLEN. WAS JUST A MATTER OF TIME UNTIL WOKE LEFTIES DESTROYED THE COUNTRY. My home country of Australia is heading down the same path with woke lefties running the country. Best thing I ever did was to move to Thailand years ago.
  23. Maybe they patrol in Tourist spots to sting the farangs, but not here in Isaan country.
  24. Right, all the cameras must be broken in Isaan country, nothing changes here.
