What kind of document do I need to travel with my half-Thai children out of Thailand without the mother? I tried to call the local Amphur without any luck so far. I'm not married to their mother but I have joint custody. The kids have double passport. They already travelled with me without any documents (other then the joint custody paper from the court and the birth certificate) but I was told to get a "letter of consent" from their mother to be safe. Is that the case? TIA
