    I found the government hospital where we stay provide a good service The place is packed daily plus patients get free medication The wife stayed overnight for a eye operation I paid for a private room 600 baht The service she received was very good I would have no problems using the hospital if required

    This is a open and shut case No problems with being found guilty and serve the crime ????

    As already mentioned people / tourists get robbed in probably every major country ????

    It's not difficult to follow the rules on visas. To stay in Thailand ???????? ???? Unless you have something to hide ???? These are the people who are not needed in Thailand ????

    Well good to read Thailand is the forth best place for Brits to retire Not to sure about Chang Mai being the best as plenty of other good areas as well???? Just shows that us Brits who are retired here made the correct choice ????

    Yes do away with the 1100hrs -1400hrs where you can buy alcohol products I have to organise the wife's shopping around this time Plus could be confusing to first time tourists as well ????

    For those of us who live in Thailand we are used to the way a few Thais drive ( erratic ) are aware of not falling out with them A tourist on the other hand will let their emotions get a grip of them and pay the penalty as this guy did ????

    The way the Russian tourists are buying up properties condos investing in Businesses won't be much left for the other tourists Thais will be happy plenty of money ???? coming to Phuket ????
