    At that time of the morning after having alcohol the only bike you should be getting on is a taxi bike or in a taxi If you can afford the prices drinking in the bars at that time of the morning you can afford a taxi back to your hotel or accommodation

    Not many families with kids will be going out at 2300hrs So you are looking at probably the single types drinking in the bars and clubs so the bars clubs make their money after 2300hrs ???? What about the beaches sight seeing temples ect which are more popular with the normal family tourist they are the money makers plus the restaurants ????

    We will be going to Hua Hin this New Year a couple of years back plenty of Russian families enjoying the Christmas and New Year holidays in the hotel we booked found them to be very polite and friendly Will be interesting to see how many come this year

    Our family go out to a Thai restaurant nothing special and enjoy the dinner with some alcohol If we are in Bangkok could go to a Christmas western restaurant and enjoy western food fair
