I currently have a property in the south east part of Thailand , but visit bangsean regularly to play golf and enjoy the beach. Shortly I should have some spare cash available (5m Bhat ) and I am thinking about buying a villa in or near Bangsean. Not interested in condo , would possibly consider a house . What's the best way to go about this and find information about villa's that are up for sale in the bangsean area any assistance would be appreciated

Hello Do not know if there are any experienced fruit wine makers here However I thought I would make an apple and lychee fruit wine , everything went well except I expected the wine to be fruitier into Secondary fermentation can I make the wine fruitier liking maybe adding more lychee syrup , or should only use lychee puree or equivalent, or just fruit ? Should i stabilize the wine first any help appreciated

I have seen on the Siam legal website that it states a document requirement is a marriage certificate document (both versions). I only have one a marriage certificate . So what is meant by both versions any help would be appreciated

Thanks for all your responses - did anybody use the VFS premium service is it worth it I live 3 hours from bangkok, so will be travelling for the appointment So if i am missing something, probably can access it through laptop, phone etc but then would need printer etc Just wondered to pay for the service 'belt and braces'

I am a little confused about this process and somebody may help me to move forward I am UK and married , my wife could support her own trip , however I have already paid upfront for hotels. hire car etc and the flight ticket has a Bangkok return My questions are 1. Is a marriage certificate required (ie name change document) - her current thai visa and Id card are in her married surname 2. She is travelling with me - do we require a bank statement showing 3 months in her account as it is all paid for upfront 3. How does the booking process work to make the application in Bangkok any help or previous experiences would be appreciated regards

I was looking for some thoughts about trail wildlife cameras for my farm , which has no electric or Wifi I am looking at cameras as somebody has been stealing the rubber and at a first attempt wanted to see if trail cameras would be any use My first attempt was a lazada special 600Bhat , but this has currently not got past the testing phase as it takes about 10 photos and videos and then the rest are corrupt Therefore I was hoping somebody may have some thoughts/experiences around this topic and also could advise me of their experiences and what wildlife cameras they used . Was originally looking for something cheap as a test and also incase it got spotted and stolen any info experiences would be much appreciated Or even might be able to resolve my photo/video isssue. I live rurally and I am finding it difficult to get a Covid Booster jab , which I require. I am travelling to Pattaya for other reasons , but thought it might be easier to get a covid booster jab there . It all become a little bit strange here , putting it down to Thai culture !!! the other brother is A and the wife is not to well herself , so maybe that would not be a good donor !!! i would have said she was OK but not for me to question some other family members will not be asked , I am trying to stay out of internal family stances !! So this is why I was asking ....have we really got to play hunt the donor ourselves !!!

I am presuming its the common one !! Just seems there is no process as such , they will give it to you as long as you replace it !! Which seems far enough - providing you find the willing donors !!!

Apparently we can have the 2 pints of blood at Sa Kaeo hospital as long as we replace them ..... Rather just pay for it to be quite honest, rather than go round the village begging for donors !!

Looking for assistance or knowledge about the blood transfusion process in Thailand. My brother in law is ill and the doctor (in a care centre) said he need two pints of type O blood. Not really thinking about this before !! My wife says we will have to go to the nearest hospital (which is Sa Kaeo) and find people in the village to give blood in Sa Kaeo and then he can have the transfusion My first thoughts are most people will not be interested and probably do not know what their blood type is What is the process here and could we just pay and go somewhere to get 2 pints of type O If so does anybody have any contact numbers etc , which they have used before for this process Any Help would be appreciated
