There are photo and copy shops in the basement. I don't think they'd like your two-sheet TM7, but I can't tell you with confidence that they won't accept it either. You've got the correct two extra forms.
I found a print shop near my Airbnb and they made a recto verso for my TM7. Thank you for your comment.

All right, just realised that I've still some TM7 hidden in my backpack but I'm short of photo 😞
1. There was at least two photocopies/photo shot shops at CW before: still there?2. My TM7 photocopy is not recto verso but I'm sure I already used it without any problem on two sheets of papers before. True, it was at IT Square, not CW... What do you think?
3. Are the two extra forms to fill also asked at CW for visa extension? I've just downloaded them from the immigration website if I didn't make mistake, should be "Form-Acknowledgement-of-Overstay-Penalties.pdf" and "Form-STM2.pdf" ?
4. Of course, passport photocopies...
I should go to CW on Tuesday, or maybe Monday: I can't find any public holiday during this next week. -

Just print out screenshot of the TM30 report.
Sure, I'll do it, thank you very much.

That's because most Airbnb owners don't file a TM30.
You may have to book into a reputable hotel for one night to get a TM30 filed.
Well, he did and sent it to me. But I didn't see it because it has changed: before it was on a website and now, it's on an app (if I'm correct). So, I got 3 smartphone small pictures instead of one big desktop picture, I'm afraid one time printed it's not going to be great... Did someone already get this new TM 30 from the application?

You attend CW.
IT LakSi for those with visa exempt entry.
Most likely you require a TM30.
Obviously TM7 printed double sided with photo.
Basic photocopies of pp.

Ok, nothing new, thank you very much.

1). Yes.
2). Not always but how to predict? I did 2 tourist extensions not long ago, 1 for me, 1 for my gf. I was not asked for a TM30. She was.
3). I did these as "e-extensions" via VFS. If it's worth it or not is up to you. https://thaiextension.vfsevisa.com/
Thank you, especially for 3, I didn't know. I'm going to check it.

Hello,
My 60 days tourist e-visa will expire on May 24. I want to extend it for 30 days:
1.) So, with a visa or e-visa, extension is made at Government Complex, not IT square ?
2.) Is the TM30 always needed ? It seems impossible to get a photocopy from my actual Airbnb owner...
3.) Some new things I should know ?Thank you!

Just a tip for others. When you have the email approval check it like a hawk for slightest error because airline and Immigration do.
Ok, thanks again.
Yes, I checked it, there is no mistake. But for people from country who can get 30 days visa exemption, airline is not going to check it.
But otherwise you're right: some ticket airline change the order of the first ans middle surname and this make problem all time.- 1

Hi everyone,
About three weeks ago, I posted here about my thai address on my French passport: should I give this address or my official French address in France when filling the form for an e-visa?The fact is, I had forgotten it seems only French passport have an address - since always - written on the biographic page.
So, the post has a little bit degenerated between some members! Also about from what country you can apply for an e-visa.
Well, I got the e-visa two days ago and here are some precisions:
- I asked for the e-visa from Korea with a French passport (by the past, it wasn't allowed but now, it is)
- I gave my French address, not the thai one written on my passport
- two or three days after paying and sending my request I was automatically asked to provide my bank statement for the last three months: I did it and as these statements have my French address written on them, I think I had done well to give my French address when filling the form (they wanted statements in English, I added a page to translate the few words in French)
So now, my question : the e-visa page I got has a QR code on it and it's not written on it that you need to print it. Does someone has used it directly displayed on his smartphone at Suvarnabhumi? Also, if you print it, does the immigration keep it?
Thank you!

But the OP can not apply on E-visa site if his passport does show he's living in Thailand. Thats clearly spelled out on the E-visa Site that you can not apply while in Thailand.
My previous French passport had the same Thaï address and I got Visa or/and visa run without any problem outside Thailand (Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar...). Thai address on passport doesn't mean you're living in Thailand.
You can't apply for any kind of visa if you're physically in Thailand: the E-visa form is also asking you proof where you're staying. -

Never seen any passport with an address issued so this is news and I stand corrected. Its obviously a newer version of the passport. so in this instance the OP probably wont be able to use the e-visa system.
You just never saw any French passport.
The first page of the e-visa system ask for your nationality and where you stay. So, I answered French and Korea and I passed.
OP? What is it?
Thank you for your comment BTW.- 1

The e-visa system requires you to apply in your home country. You arent "allowed" to apply on the e-visa system in your home country while living in a different country.
True before, but not now. Just check by yourself.

Why would any passport have a residential address of friends in Thailand like you say? I thought Passport normally has city of birth and city issued only?
As I understand it you can only apply for an e-visa in the country you are currently staying in, so it would be that address where you currently stay
Thank you for your comment.
French passport have and have always had your address.
The form ask for a home address. It's not inside the group TRAVEL DOCUMENT where you must complete information of your passport, it's in the group ADDRESS INFORMATION.
They also ask: "Is your permanent address same as your current address?" I'm in Korea, so I answered no and gave my actual address in Korea.

Hi everyone,
I'm French with a French passport. I've completed the form and all the pieces required for asking a visa through the E-visa official website but I'm not sure what address to give. For some reason, on my French passport, I've an address in Thailand with French friends. However, these friends have left Thailand few years ago.
While I pass all my time in Asia - my last trip to France was in 2017 - I've also an address in France, also with friends, where I receive my mail.
I'm really not sure the one I should give for the E-visa. What do you think.
Although I don't think it matters, the only cell phone number I have is a Thai number.
Thank you in advance for your help and advice. -
Ok... I'll walk from Lak Si station to Chaeng Wattana as I did so many times some years ago (Red line didn't exist but I used the train from Bang Sue to Lak Si). Thank you very much for your comment.

With a Tourist Visa you would obtain 30 day extension at CW not IT mall Laksi
Laksi does extensions for visa exempt entry
Government Center Chaeng Wattana Building? F...! Are you sure?

Yes it's mandatory to print out the eVisa.
As for TM30 : good chance it will be required at immigration for extension
Ok, thank you very much for your comment.

It depends on the office where you get the extension. Some will absolutely require a TM30, some will except a booking confirmation form a local hotel instead, and some won't ask for anything.
Thank you for your help. Well, Bangkok, Lak Si (if they didn't move...)

Thank you very much for your comment.
I want a tourist visa, 60 days, that I could extend to 30 days more.
BTW, do you need a TM30 to extend a tourist visa for 30 days?

Hello,
It seems things have changed and French passport can get an E-Visa from Korea. So, I'm going to try to get one.
First, is the site https://www.thaievisa.go.th/ really the official website for E-Visa?
Is there things I should know before to try to apply?
What are they going to ask me? Could they refuse to give me one for some reason?
Also, is it mandatory to print it or is an electronic version on your smartphone ok?
Any advices are welcome, thank you very much in advance!

If you're in an Airbnb, they'll never file a TM30 - find a hotel.
I got a TM30 from the two Airbnb where I stayed when I extended my 30 days to 30 days more. But better to ask to the host prior to book it.

Thanks to everyone. Still I'm not sure if I should withdraw wons in Korea and change them in Da Nang or withdraw directly dongs in Da Nang?
