It impacts more than restaurants. About time they got a grip on what tourists want being as a lot of people depend on them for revenue. It impacts any premises selling alcohol. People are enjoying an afternoon drink in a bar . And then the police come along and fine them. Oh that goes down really well with anyone not just tourists. My wife and I have been operating restaurants in Thailand for 16 years and I have never seen it so quiet. It's not even worth turning the lights on most nights. And then the morons s come up with this B$ . I really don't blame people choosing Vietnam of this pathetic country

They should start by locking down all the migrant hotels and hostels ( in the UK also) search the rooms for weapons ect .Then tag them so they know where they are. Sounds a bit drastic but they have no idea who is in the country. Plenty of empty army barracks to keep them in
