Rubbish. I love manual gearboxes in cars and so do my mates. A manual gives you better control over a car if you are an experienced driver.

My understanding is of you hit someone you are mostly at fault. I am sure that trike did  not have enough power to accelerate in front of the suv. 

It's funny that they can put Police in gold shops but cannot have one in a hospital reception. 

As a last resort one time I took out the draw of a cupboard and taped it to the underside within an envelope. Anyone snooping will tend to just look inside the draw not underneath. I think I saw it on a movie once.

That's what makes this site so inviting, patronising members. 

I only tip at the places I use regularly I find that an extra 20 baht keeps everything ticking over nicely

The only legal reason for flashing your lights in the UK is for a warning of your presence although its widely used for other reasons, like you mentioned. Rule 110. Flashing headlights. Only flash your headlights to let other road users know that you are there. Do not flash your headlights to convey any other message or intimidate other road users.

When younger my mates pull line was " Will you have a bath with me? I will take the tap end" This would certainly break the ice with a girl and was quite successful.

I wonder how often the hospital B.P machines are checked for accuracy considering the amount of use they get. I usually take 2 reading when going for an appointment and use 2 different machines to compare.

The temperature is the difference during these highs over 40 the air expands and rises quickly. The cooler air takes its place creating wind. With lower temp in the rainy season its not so noticeable

Me neither but we always get the damaging wind with the hot weather not so much in the rainy season.
