What has joining an army to do with this topic ?

You are asking an insensitive question which no one can answer. The Prime Minister has indicated that 'partying' is to be restricted for the next 30 days.
Draw your own conclusion(s)

The Singapore Thai Embassies requirements are clearly set out on their website.

The six months validity also applies to British subjects: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/thailand/entry-requirements
That "gov.uk" advise is in error. British subjects only need a passport which is valid for the length of a proposed stay to enter Thailand.
However, IMHO it would be foolish to attempt travel on a passport with less that 6 months validity as it would prevent entry to many(most) countries.

Very typical of Western countries with their citizens. People work and pay numerous different types of taxes and then when that same citizen finds himself/herself stuck in a country with no means to an end they basically abandon them like garbage. Countries should be obligated by law to at the very least provide a loan for its citizens to get back to their native country. And by loan I don't mean give them the actual money, but to have someone from the embassy pay the overstay fine and purchase the airline ticket. It really goes to show just how much your country really cares about its citizens at home and abroad.
All Western countries emphasis the need to respect other countries laws. There is no means by which a country can interfere with another countries legal processes.
I do not believe many tax payers of Western countries would support their money being spent on miscreants who fall foul of another countries Laws and I doubt the subject of this thread was paying much tax whilst at the same time racking up an overstay in Thailand.

Thai passports for children are easy to obtain,
It might not be as easy as you imply especially if the original b/c and passport were issued in the UK and the child's not named in a Tabian Baan

If you have a multiple entry Non "O" visa you MUST leave the country every 90 days and return to be granted another 90 day stay.
As UJ observed if you have not left the country since you arrived you are now on overstay.
As overstay attracts a fine of 500 Bht day you should leave as soon as possible. The fine will be payable at the border or airport.

I arrived 4 months ago with 12 month multi o retirement visa.
Just before the first 90 days i went to immigration.
What happened is as my first posting.
What were you trying to achieve/obtain.?
Your visa requires that you leave the country every 90 days. 90 day reports to immigration are not required.

Any answer to your question would be speculative.

As my Thai friends told me the cost of a lawyer starts from 200K THB. That's a lot.
If you cannot afford a lawyer the court will appoint one to defend you.
The price of violating laws does become expensive.

Over the years I have heard of people who have made a contribution and thus never been registered on the system to be deported.
You may have "heard" many things.
Do you have any direct first hand, personal knowledge of "contributors" escaping deportation?

You have two choices --
1. Renew the passport now and get a full 12 month extension but lose 10 months of passport validity.
- or -
2. Renew the extension up to August '17, get the new passport in July and renew the extension again then for 12 months. That'll lose 2 months extension now, but save 10 months passport.
Your choice :)
The UK 'credit' up to 9 months of unused passport validity to a new passport.

A re-entry permit will only be valid to the date on the "under consideration" stamp.
You would be wise to ensure you are able to return for your extension stamp on the day indicated.

There is supposed to be freedom of movement coming under the ASEAN agreement but that is with other S E Asia countries.
There has never been "freedom of movement" proposed within any ASEAN agreement.
If you wish to disagree then produce some evidence in the form of reputable links which supports what you claim.

What has this to do with Thai visas etc ?
Ask a mod to move your post somewhere more appropriate.

Past reports would suggest you would be best advised to obtain your visa in Vientiane.

The court will determine your sentence. If part of that sentence is deportation I doubt there is anything you can do about it.

Who says I live in Thailand
A glance at your posting history reveals a person who suffers a paranoid hatred of all things Thai . If you no longer live in Thailand then Thailand is a much better place and wherever you are has suffered lowering of the National IQ.

What kind of wall and door are between the switch and the dental chair?
"If the normal structural materials do not afford sufficient shielding (eg a light-weight

Really? What is the correct name for the tourist visa that allow multi entry for 6 months?
What is your query exactly ?
The Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV) which is valid for six months was introduced circa November 13 2015. Prior to this date only single, double and triple entry visas (2 and 3 entry visas now withdrawn) were available.
Does that answer your "question" ?
