Dogs most definitely can detect diseases in people.

Research has shown that dogs are "capable of detecting tiny traces (around one part per trillion – the equivalent of one teaspoon of sugar in two Olympic sized swimming pools) of the odour created by different diseases."

See also the study I referenced in my earlier post.

So go see a dog in a white coat the next time you are not well!

  2. Too many restrictions to what is a right for Thai citizens who live in our countries along with permanent status after 10 years in the country or with family, regardless of marital status. The immigration policies of Thailand discriminate against other races. Something that should be unacceptable to any God loving nation. Depriving legal residents of their right to work and feed their family is more discrimination. If it were done to Thai citizens in another country ( who were singled out) there would be outcry! In Thailand however, not a word of protest is to be heard.

  3. I am sure this is their most positive outlook. However by 2025 there will not be any hotels or bars left in Hua Hin. The other businesses reliant on hotel guests and bar customers will also be gone. All because of a virus that has a low mortality rate and is 100% treatable with existing drugs and Zinc. It boggles the mind to think what their reason can be to destroy so many businesses and the economy based on a treatable virus  (coronaviruss) of a type that has been around forever?

  4. The Thai government does not give to foreigners the same rights Thai's enjoy in their countries. There are no restrictions in the UK or European countries to a Thai citizen who legally entered the country and had a child by a resident or was married to a resident to work or any entitlements of a citizen of that country. Thailand on the other hand will give no right for a father or mother to work to support their mixed nationality child by whose right under God is theirs. They defy god and his commandments by not affording those who they welcome under their roof with the means to support themselves and their families but instead drain their wealth accumulated over many years so that they have to leave the country and their children/wife/ partner destitute and without love and support. The policies of the Thai government destroys and impoverishes families.

Do the highways (UK English: motorways) have U-turns in Thailand? I believe they have not.

The UK does not use U turns in the overtaking far right lane as it is dangerous. It is an American idea like the pronunciation of tomato and basil, just want to be different but not better. In the UK and Ireland you have to take an exit from the carriageway which leads to a roundabout from where you can normally decide to return to the carriageway in the opposite direction. You may also find large roundabouts on A roads where the law is give way to traffic on your right. This method ensures that traffic which is normally travelling at speed on the far right lane is not unnecessarily and dangerously slowed to a halt and having to overtake on the left which is prohibited in the UK/Ireland. A far superior system in my opinion and I have driven in many countries both left and right.
