Good morning and Merry Christmas to all of you. 

I would like to install in my rain drainage water waste chain (6 meter long) the 'pots' that are in the photo. Does anyone know where i can get them? I have asked several shops (house&home, plumber shops, etc) but i was not fortunate enough. Your help would highly appreciated. 

*the use of these 'pots' are to direct the rain water in the ground waste drainage (due to the wind the water does not 'follow' the chain vertical direction)

Thank you for your reply. I have seen the videos and instructions. I do not want to do anything myself. I want a TECHNICIAN to install it for me. I always fix things myself BUT in this case i am fed up with this ongoing issue. Someone suggested me to purchase a Hafele digital door lock so as to be able to have assistance if there is a need. I may proceed with is solution...

I trust that my post finds you all well. I am looking for a certified Door Key Lock technician to repair or install a anew YALE Digital Door Lock (if the current one is broken). I went to HOME PRO and they do NOT have any technician to install it (or to recommend one). I call YALE company and the do NOT have a certified distributor here in Phuket. Does anyone of you have ever installed a digital door lock? There should be a QUALIFIED technician somewhere in Phuket.

I am using Cable Tv service paying 1020THB per month but i am not happy with it. What would be an alternative service? Yes i know i can place the Tv app in all my rooms (12 rooms+24 beds dorm) but the internet speed connection will be affected (very happy now changed from 3BB to AIS fiber cable service). Kindly advice.

I am interested to buy the very same swing as in the photo, can you suggest where i can find it? I have been around Phuket, search all over lazada BUT i can not find it. Starting from 1 st of August i have rented for 9 years a very well located guesthouse/hostel with 12 rooms and 24 bed dorm in Patong. I am currently getting quotes and offers to make a major renovation. All are going well on generating 3 different quotes for the job being done. My  concern is related to the water purification-waterwell. Currently there is a mazuma filter in the roof and 3 different tanks. The filter is not working properly and as per my information and understanding the previous owner was not servicing at all the waterwell and the filter. He was using both the government and waterwell water. During high season when the government restricts the consumption the majority of the waterwell water is being used and this is when the problem starts. The water is smelly and yellow.I have been to Homepro and Beyong, they have suggested mazuma both but the engineering is asking 25.000baht. I am ok to spend this amount ONLY if there is no alternative option. Do you know anyone reliable water engineering/mechanic or how it is called to come and review the current condition and suggest the best possible option?The current filter is a mazuma one, kindly check the photo in the link.

Hi guys,

I would like to paint my exterior wall (pls check the photos) with some street art. Back in Europe it is very easy to ask some youngsters do it for you by paying the sprays and give them little money (if any). Here in Thailand seems to be difficult to find someone to do it for you at a reasonable price.I have contacted few in Bangkok but they are asking 'MickeyMonkey' money, If you know someone kindly let me know.
