Just a follow up I had my second Pfizer jab two days ago and was presented with a green vaccination certificate (issued, stamped and signed for the MOPH) for local use as the staff announced the Mor Prom will not work for us. I was also told that if I take this to airport in BKK I could use this to receive an international document. I think I had some good luck.
