I support vaccinations but mixing them without full independently verified trials? Is Thailand the only country doing this or is there a first world country adopting 2 vaccinations - mixed?
A cynic may suggest this is to use up the sinovac....

Not being an economist. I would think a falling Bhat will help the economy - more attractive to tourists and cheaper exports. Why is this a problem (assuming the decline is managed)

Fruit is so expensive in the land of fruit - could this be as a result of over exporting to say the land of the submarine?

Why is there a queue for a hospital bed? Is this possibly a result of not allocating vaccines to those that will get very sick (old etc) and instead focusing on other areas?

So I am in Sisaket - in the high risk group - wondering where or even when to get a vaccine. Tried to get a Moderna. Currently I am travelling as little as possible. Shop in the early morning. Contacted the hospital with my medical records. No luck there.
Just wondering with deep sarcasm.

With about 130,000 reported deaths in the UK, 63 yesterday despite the high vaccination rate.
The glasses over there must be quite dark.
Same Delta
Less Vaccines
More Sinovac
Why are Thailand numbers so low compared to the UK?
Testing? Reporting? Other reasons?

I know not many people on this website live in Sisaket but here is a 7 day average graph based on the data provided by the CSSA. It is pretty representative of the Issan region
Before Songran there were almost nil cases
Sisaket is a sparse populated area with little largescale industry
I will update this periodically - last updated for data released 02/07/2021

The next will be 90 days after the 1 year extension unless I am told otherwise
I will go to immigration then and ask them

Just back from immigration
no 90 day needed -it was the time for one
1 year extension to proceed as normal - this month for me
so apart from no 90 days it is business as usual for us retirees

Let me see - a plan - give the vaccines to those who will get so sick they will die, immunize those, no problem with hospitals filling up with the very sick, then treat Covid like any other Flu type problem with annual jabs for the old and vulnerable.
Sounds like the UK - who did not prioritize its HISO, holiday resorts or production centers?
Not rocket science is it?
