I forgot to mention one important thing. You will get two forms to fill in and sign, and they are in Thai language so if you are not fluent in Thai script bring someone that is. My wife helped me with that problem.
And I can add that I am now registered to get my first shot 1st of July (this year).

Papers needed for the Pink-ID:
My passport, my Yellow book
My wife's House book, her ID-card and our Married papers in original.
No copies and no photo.
We arrived 13.00 and we were out after 45 minutes with the Pink-ID card in hand.
They take photo of you and also register fingerprint of both your thumbs so have a nice shave and clean hands!
Not many people waiting, nice area with AC.
So all together a good experience.

I would try 4 Lens Tour in the corner of Hw 1 and hw 1020.
They are Notary Public and have some lawyers.
I have used them for papers to Immigration without problem and they have not been expensive,

It is Channel 36 PPTV HD.
I just have an old style TV-antenna and a box where I have probably more than 20 channels.
But the only one I watch is this Sport-channel.
Today I have been watching Honda LPGA Thailand (golf) in daytime. , 18.30 I watched Leeds winning over Tottenham in Premiere League, and just now there is a match between Dortmund and Leipzig in football.
All with English commentators. (you choose language with the box).
Tomorrow last day of Honda LPGA Thailand starts 12,30 and Aston Villa vs Manchester United in Premiere League starts 20.05.
They also have motorsports and Thai-boxing and many other things.

We visited Art Bridge today to see the new exhibition that started today.
I do not know the name of the exhibition but many artists and many very beautiful paintings.
This is on the second floor in Art Bridge. First floor is closed for renovation.

We live in Huay Sak, 15 km from Chiang Rai City. In average we have had 2 stops of electricity per year the last 15 years.
This year no stop so far.
Nice and quiet area.

It looks like Chiang Rai Province is much better than the provinces south of us!

We have been there more than 15 times during the years with cats and dogs. Today we were there with Blackie 7 years old who got some skin problems, loosing some hair.
Within 5 minutes a very nice veterinarian was checking the dog up. We told him that we wanted a good checkup with blood test and medicines that could help.
He examined the spots with problems, shaved a part of a leg and took the blood sample.
After just over 30 minutes we got the lab-test. The check included also liver and kidney-functions. Everything was normal.
But we got a special shampoo to use twice a month, a special cream for the affected spots and two different medicines.
The total bill was 2 190 baht and of that was one medicine that was very expensive, more than 1000 baht.
The fee for the vet was 120 baht!
The good thing with this Animal Hospital is that they have good equipment including X-ray, their own lab and they have the latest knowledge of treatment and medicines.
For the yearly shots we use our local vet but when there is something special we use Rajabhat.
