  1. Correct and I know of cases where entering on a Non O-A or re-entry permit from an extension were only stamped in to the date of Insurance expiry.
  2. If your entering STV your Insurance will have to cover the 9 month period. Immigration will not grant further 90 day stays without the Insurance.
  3. I stated it wasn't from the website, which I copied and pasted. It appears to be very old information as the Non Imm O ME Visa they mention hasn't been available for a long time.
  4. That is not information from the Thai Embassy London website. For one, the Non O ME Visa hasn't been available since the online E-Visa application system was introduced. Non-Immigrant Type O (Visiting or staying with applicant's family resided in Thailand (more than 60 days) - single entry only) Proof of relationship to a family in Thailand, e.g. a copy of marriage certificate / birth certificate / certificate of adoption Personal details of a family in Thailand, e.g. ID card, Passport and the visa page or stay permit in Thailand Proof of accommodation in Thailand e.g. hotel bookings, invitation letters from family/friends in Thailand Financial evidence e.g. bank statements, proof of earnings, proof of sponsorship from a third party Confirmation of legal residence in the UK or Ireland Non-Immigrant visas - Royal Thai Embassy, London There is no minimum financial requirement based on Thai spouse. A bank statement or proof of state pension is sufficient.
  5. Online here; Official Website of Thailand Electronic Visa (thaievisa.go.th)
  6. Any Visa? It's £10,000 for the Non O based on retirement. It's £20,000 for the Non O-A based on retirement. Otherwise I agree with the rest of your information based on Non O Thai family.
