    Cops taking 20,000 backhand payments in soi Buchao last Friday from Diu bike riders to avoid prison. Even escort them to the ATM. About 50 were hauled. A nice nights tea money. It's entrenched at every level.

    The legal age is 15 in Thailand. I've seen arrangements at 14 with consent given. A small payment made. Like an engagement. Just gotta love her morals. Or lack of. Marrying for all her right reasons.

    Normally In the real world, it's a code one despatch call. Lights and sirens. Proceed through red lights with caution. But we are in LOS and there is no emergency despatch system. Flashing lights on emergency vehicles normally means look at me. Or I forgot to turn off. Or I'm doing the meals run. Get out of the way. Culpable driving by the EMS. Most drive like cowboys anyway..

    15 seems to be the age and under 110cc for bikes. 3 on a bike is still a no no. Same as no helmets or license. But all that will be ignored. Just focus on the farang (again) who unfortunately was involved in this accident.
