60-70% Of Thais Have Been Infected With Covid: Expert
0815 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Most (or everone? ) around me treated this deadly disease with a few paracetamol and the green pills purchased from even 7/11. 4-5 days with light symptoms. My brother , living in Germany, had Covid 2 times. First infected in Bergamo/Italy when the whole thing started, 2nd time he did chose omicron. His 1st infection he thought was a flu after skiing, just stayed home for a few days. It was detected months later. With Omicron he did go to a clinic and was sent back home, just given a few pills. My old parents, both 86, never got infected living in the same house with him. Guess we all need 5-6 boosters and should wear masks to the end of our lives ... -

On my second holidays in Thailand I met a girl in Hua Hin and was off to her village in the North for a month. Didn't even think about somebody could be missing me. Back home after 2 months my parents welcomed me with: Ah, you are still alive. Looks like you had a good time as you didn't call us a single time. OK, this was 25 years ago ...- 77 replies

So ASEAN NOW is main stream journalism now with your vaccine and booster spleen ? You probably should get some info how boosters did work in Europe. (and you don't like MotoGP ...) -
Thailand sees rise in severe COVID-19 cases after easing of restrictions

98/100 people are still wearing masks. Even when in the car alone or if nobody is around in a circle of 500 meters. So it can only be caused by open bars and karaokes or foreigners. Close and bann them forever ! (Joke in the morning) -
Just a few days ago when out on the motorbike I nearly run into a group of cyclists (foreigners ...) after a curve on a country road as they were cycling 3 next to each other instead in a line. When I told them this would be quite silly, I just got the middle finger and a friendly FY. Wait for a speeding truck guys !

Mayority of people who test positive using ATKs are not in the statistics as they go buy paracetamol, ibuprofene or some magic "Thai herb" to cure themselves at home. Last week a property in the village was sealed off cause of home quarantine. Didn't stop other family members and neighbors from drinking and bbq there in the evenings. They probably didn't want the poor guys to be isolated 24 hours. ???? Guess they are still all alive ...

A wellknown country in the middle of Europe counts you as "died with Covid" if you die (because of whatever) max. 3 weeks after a positiv PCR. Would you call this advertising misleading datas too ?
